Hi, everyone.

My docs were delivered to Sydney, NS on December, 31. Yesterday it was an unsuccessful attempt to take money from my bank card, but my bank cancelled a transaction. I don't want to get my docs back from
Sydney, and as i know, now it's possible to pay online. I can pay, but i have no clue how to inform Sydney about this payment in a short time.

Does anybody have any ideas how to contact a Sydney's officer in the urgent situation? I'm outside Canada and I can't call to Sydney's office. Also I don't have a File number (I have heard that i will need to input it during a call)

My friend had almost same problem, she lost her credit card and bank cancelled thst csrd to avoid misuss
some of our forum advised us to send them new card details with her detail like date of birth,nomination no etc
she did same and after two weeks she got an email ftom cic stating that they have attached her card detail with the file
so i think you can take this chance before sending new pacakage

How did your friend send to Sydney her new data? By email or mail service?

As i understood, it happenned before Sydney tryed to take money from a bank card, am i right?

First of all Congratulations on your AOR and MR. As I see your time lines, you got your AOR on Jan 31. Usually you should have seen ECAS update by this time. But I believe there is some massive update is going on ECAS website and most of the applicants including me can't logn to ECAS. So, no need to worry about it.
