Since I'm going to resubmit my PR application to CIO should i send the original Nomination certificate received from Ontario which stamped "COPY" or photocopy it and send a copy of it?

Are You sure about this, Did u did the same? I don't want my application to be returned again, since my nomiation certifcate will expier on 4th or March 2013.

actually, i am not sure. I sent my PR application on 5 December and DHL deliver it on 11 December, and I didn’t receive anything from CIO yet, I'm afraid that if the application it returned by mail, it will take long time to be received.
I think my application might be returned for the following reasons :
I send a copy of my payment receipt when I apply for FSW in addition to bank draft and after checking with bank, the bank draft has not been cashed.
Some translated documents are not certified copies.
Now, I thinking that I have to resubmit my application again since my nomination certificate will expire on March 4th, 2013. Accordingly, I am trying to do everything as required.
I contact Ontario provisional nominees program and I received to answers, one “you suppose to send the original to CIO” and second one “Copy it and send it”.
So I need to know from your experience, if any one send a photocopy of Nomination certificate and it has been accepted.
Please advice

in our application we only sent a COPY of the nomination letter/certificate.
we based everything on the checklist from CIO.. imm5690E.

on the nomination letter it says send the original to CIO.

but we followed the checklist/instruction from CIO.

Go to facebook and search study, work and stay.....it's the account of ontario pnp office ...
and they clearly says that send the copy which they send to u with written copy on it....
otherwise if u scan or photocopy of that paper it is high security paper so VOID will be comes as watermark on that photocopy
So do send what u got.
I do'nt think keeping it with you will Beneficial for u

Thanks philfresh, how are far are you with your PR? Did you do your medicals yet? If so, what is expected? Also the letter for MR said we need to bring 4 photos if panel of doctors are not eMedical enabled, so when I went to link they provided, which they said would show if they are, did not show it. Should I ask the doctor if they are eMedical enabled? :

Yes, i think you should call the doctor. Anyway, i took additional 4 pictures, just to make sure i didn't have to reschedule my examinations.

Yes, i did the same. It's requested in doc IMM5690E (checklist of docs to be submitted to CIO).

Hi liyapot, did you include 2self address in your application? Regarding letter of approval did you place it on top of your application or you just followed the checklist from CIO?

You send that copy as mentioned in document checklist...dont send photocopy

yes i did include 2 pcs self addressed whatchamacallit.. ;D
i just printed on plain paper included it in the package

i strictly followed the checklist, i assumed since i was sending the package to CIO i should follow their checklist right?
