Actually, i paid using bank draft, and i provided my email address.

i read in the forum that they return the application if you send a copy of the old payment receipt, which unfortunately I did .
my bank doesn’t know if the check has been collected or not and it has no information about that

however, i will start countermeasure actions.

I'm out of canada, but i think i will have international call with them today to check.

PNP Application: 08 Aug 2012 (submitted online)
Nomination letter: 13 Dec 2012
CIC application: getting ready............

As most of you have already applied for CIC application, so please advise me in filling my application:

1) what is this UCI? I do not have any?
2) This CIC application for Manitoba has to be sent to Sydney, Nova Costa? no other way
3) Do we have online system or I need to submit by mail only?
4) Is it recommended to write down 2 to 3 intended professions in you CIC application? and how long this IELTS valid for specially for this CIC application?
5) What is processing time after CIC application, any one who got medical request then visas?

1) what is this UCI? I do not have any? You wont get one until after you send your PR application to Sydney and they check it. If correct they will send you email or letter with UCI.2) This CIC application for Manitoba has to be sent to Sydney, Nova Costa? no other way

Mail only I think, but please check CIC website some applications accepted by applying online like MPNP.4) Is it recommended to write down 2 to 3 intended professions in you CIC application? and how long this IELTS valid for specially for this CIC application? ELETS Valid for 2/3 years I think, you can only put down the job that your nomination letter NOC code has annotated. 5) What is processing time after CIC application, any one who got medical request then visas? 6-24 months depending on how complicated your application is, background and security checks etc.

Because you are a DEC MPNP nominee, you are not a DEC 2012 applicant to CIO, you will have to wait until someone makes a new thread for February applications.

The Number provided in P0007 is not working, it is tollfree number.

any one have addtional number that we can use to call from outside canada

They are not open for business on Sunday and you can't call them from outside Canada only email I believe? cic-halifax@cic.gc.ca

Going on the website of Dr. Grunberg (Designated medical practitioner for Immigration), it seems that X-Rays and blood and urine test have to be done in some other laboratory. Shouldn't everything be done in the same place?
