Tracking PNP December 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Today , I checked with the bank, it seems the didn't encash my draft check.

Giving that My application recived by CIO office on 11 Dec 2012

and My certifcation will expire on 4th March 2013.

it seems i'm going to resubmite my application again ASAP, and i'll not wait untill i get my old one though regular mail.

do i have to submite PCCs in that application, or i can send them later ?

any suggestions.....?

App of my friend was delievered on Dec 3 to CIO-NS, bank draft encashed and he still didn't get AOR. Anybody knows what we can do? I think that he's in Canada about 6 months, they could transfer his app to his home country. But anyways should we expect letter from CIO-NS or only from local VO?

Hi, i also submit my application last dec 6, 2012 and cic received it dec 11... Until now we havent received any email from cic... I also use bank draft for payment and i asked the bank if its already transact they dont know how to track if the cheque is already encashed...If ever the cic will returned my application how many days it will take for me to receive it?

What currency did you use in your bank draft? we have the same timeline our application was received on dec 12 and until now, we didn't receive our aor.. We were also worried because, we paid our processing fee in PHP.. I hope they will inform us if there's a problem with our application..

Hi, everyone.

My docs were delivered to Sydney, NS on December, 31. Yesterday it was an unsuccessful attempt to take money from my bank card, but my bank cancelled a transaction. I don't want to get my docs back from
Sydney, and as i know, now it's possible to pay online. I can pay, but i have no clue how to inform Sydney about this payment in a short time.

Does anybody have any ideas how to contact a Sydney's officer in the urgent situation? I'm outside Canada and I can't call to Sydney's office. Also I don't have a File number (I have heard that i will need to input it during a call)

if you really want to skip the time of waiting for your package to get back. just send a fresh package to cic considering you have all the necessary documents and you are sure that the only problem in your application is your payment.. goodluck!

I feel you shd send a new package rather thn waiting for them to send the old one as it sometimes take abt 2 months.
