CIO also replied & reconfirmed yesterday that indeed my file was forwarded to ADVO. Nagrequest na rin ako sa ADVO for transfer to CEM in a letter-form which I have attached to my email...the content was based mainly on your advice. This time, the ADVO auto-reply states that reply shall be received within 15 days. The first time I sent email to ADVO, the computer-generated reply indicated 28 days to receive a reply ...at least maikli-ikli na ngayon...nasa 'pinas na siguro ako bago makatanggap ng sagot...thanks for the help.

Very nice indeed! This time you have a time-frame that you can hold them to - so you have leave to inquire or follow-up if nothing happens within their stated time-frame to reply. Also, hold on to the CIO reply in case you need to present it later (if needed).

As soon as you get a reply from ADVO and if they confirm transfer - you can fire off a notification to CEM and include a copy of that reply. This should get them readied to create your file even if physically the file contents have not been transferred yet between ADVO and CEM.
