MandiF said:I don't think that's too bad, although I'm sure it will slow down now, as the whole of UK is grinding to a halt due to snow (my husband says that the UK is just trying to get me ready for northern Alberta weather) and of course then there will be Christmas & New Year!!
Canooknic said:Thanks Mandi. Where abouts are you off to? I'll be in Stony Plain, just outside Edmonton. My sister is out there - she moved back 4yrs ago - and she says the winters are getting milder...still freezing if course, but milder!! I told my fiancé the same thing, but he's desperate to get out there anyway. He is too laid back for England, he'll fit in great out there.
Roll on 17th May!! Flights are booked, just need to sell the house now!!
rayan_07 said:do you currently live in uk? how did you submit your passport? because i am sending by post? so how long will it take in my case?
could you please let me know , thanks.
Canooknic said:I was going to send mine by Royal Mail Special Delivery, because it's Next Day delivery but I can't be bothered to get the kids dressed up for the snow so I've booked a courier to collect it tomorrow instead. I'm so lazy !!
