my dear im from punjab thats why it took so many days for my mail to come to me and im going to settle down in toronto. rest all depends upon GOD. yes my dear fingers crossed, keep posted guys.

i got passport request yestreday too and posted it.. now im desperately waiting for it to come back with visa on it. congrats accusia.. calgary any updates mate??

on top of my letter it says 5th may but i got it on 18th may. so bad :-X

No news yet, I also sent them an email inquire to find out what's going on with our application.
We also sent them an email and requested to communicate through email, I am not sure if they are going to do this or no but you can also try this to avoid mail delays.

That would be very nice.
But I don’t think they have the interest to speed up the processing time with any step. The mail delay is just part of their “game”.
For every year for each visa category they have a limit and this is the way how they calculate the processing time average. That’s while we have to wait months for a simple response. “too many cases” is just a good accuse to push us back with several months.

Thanks for responding to my questions !

Just Now I received email response from CHC - New Delhi for my Case Enquiry Send on May 10, 2010. They Responded on May 18th, 2010.

Do You Think they will notify me if there is any Interview after 120 days. As I mentioned they returned all our Wedding Photographs on March 04, 2010. We are were worried about this Interview Call after 4 months. This is our First Marriage, Stayed in USA for 2.5 years, our Son is born in USA, right now my husband is in Montreal and Contacted MP office.

Is the Below eMail response is the Invitation for Interview Call?
Why did they took 4 months to decide for Interview, if any?

Any Advise or Suggestions?

hey guys im so happy i got interview call from canadian embassy delhi office. the guy told me my case is approved and i will get my passport in a months time..

Congrats samrupl..........but if its approved why they need to do the interview.....i have never heard of this kind of call before...so when is the interview? did they tell u anything ?.........plz do tell us.....we too are in the queue

i didnt get any email, i got phone call on my landline number from delhi. that guy was so polite with me.
well i dont know why they ringed me if case is approved, he told me to close my other case which is under skilled labour category as this spousal case is approved, may be thats the reason he ringed me. he said he is my case investigator and everything is fine and my interview is waived and i will get my passport in a months time.
if you guys need to know anything else pls feel free to ask.
