My file was transfered to Buffalo on Mar 29 and still haven't heard anything.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay with Buffalo...I can imagine the frustration involved.

i got the passport request letter today.

they send this letter on 14 may and i got it today on 18th may .

now please suggest me how should i send my passport to them ?
on which address do i have to send my passport coz they have given their address with P O box no.
can i send my passport thru courier.?

Got my e-CAS updated to PR in process, medical received.

We started processing XXXXXXXXXXXXX on May 14, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

Does anyone know what I should expect next?

CONGRATS, Danifry!
You should get AOR from London soon - it took me about 2 weeks to receive it after it was sent from VO (they started processing 04/26/2010). Then just wait - interview maybe waived, maybe they don't need add'l documents - then just a passport request and VISA!!!

Anything sent by courier must be sent to an address not a po box.Call the embassy and ask for their courier address

W have included a cover letter and explained that PR landing fee has already been paid and PCC has already been submitted. We also stick bar code label on the back of passport and front of cover letter. We also included copy of letter we received from ND.

Haven't heard anything from Buffalo either...

It took me a month to get email from them to confirm that they received my application. You probably hear back from them early Jun. Good luck.
