I just got a status update saying "Decision Made" for the PR application in New Delhi! I hope that means my wife has been approved and that she will get her passport back soon.

I hope I will get some update soon as my passport was delivered in ND on Sunday May 02,2010 and I guess yours was on April 28,2010.

in the Quebec Sponsorship Guide I read that they will take up to 20 business days to process the application for CSQ but looking at other's time lines, I've seen that some have received it 2-3 weeks after applying.

Does anyone know how long it takes the office to process the app once they start? Also, at the time filling out the app, my husband was layed off work to go to school for his apprenticeship and didn't know when he would have work. He now has work with his compnay. Should I fax a letter from his employer to the Buffalo office to update them on this or not worry about it?

Quebec will send the CSQ to your husband if they approve his sponsorship. They will then forward their decision to the visa office that is processing your application. The visa office will then continue with the processing of your case.

Hello, in the Punjab Kaysary news paper I have heard CHC Delhi this morning put 3 MONTH DELAY ON ALL IMIGRATION CASES TO CANADA. Can someone confirm this.

My time line.

March.19 ND put PR in process
March.28-ND sent passport request
April.7- CHC updatged ECAS with my home address
April,25-CHC sent a miss filled question document and sent all pictures back.
April.28. CHC received missed question document.

Can someone tell what is going on, when will I get my visa back? I have heard if they ask for passport there is no interview, I also got pictures back, why?

We started processing XXXXXXXXXX's application on May 20, 2010.

I hope u will get ur lovely Passport stamped with Canadian Visa soon. Now i am very happy as New Delhi has started processing my wife's PR application only after 17 days since file transfer on May 3, 2010 from CPC-Mississauga. Waiting for next step.
