We never heard like this before. I checked the latest news on New Delhi International Website and CIC Website but it does't say anything like that. Please if u have Punjab Kesri newspaper, can u scan the news cutting and download on this site so that we can read as we are sitting in Toronto. My wife in Punjab does't heard anything that they putting hold on all immigration applications for 3 month.
Can u please let me know what date of newspaper, which page number and which city of newspaper u reading? Waiting for ur answer. Thanks

Hello, in the Punjab Kaysary news paper I have heard CHC Delhi this morning put 3 MONTH DELAY ON ALL IMIGRATION CASES TO CANADA. Can someone confirm this.

My time line.

March.19 ND put PR in process
March.28-ND sent passport request
April.7- CHC updatged ECAS with my home address
April,25-CHC sent a miss filled question document and sent all pictures back.
April.28. CHC received missed question document.

Can someone tell what is going on, when will I get my visa back? I have heard if they ask for passport there is no interview, I also got pictures back, why?

I don't think this news is correct as ucalgary got the visa today from ND. ;D

This was from the Punjab Kasary, May 20th. My cousin told me about it as she read it. But I don't think its a good source, lots of lies in it. I only belive Punjab tribune or Hindustan times. It would be immposbbile to put 3 month hold, wouldn't it? I also heard someone from Toronto got PR visa from Delhi this week.

I also heard many status changes are to Decision made now. Mine is still In process.

I got my pictures back and indian address updated on E-CAS site. March. 18th ND started it. On April 25 they send #11 question to be refilled. Anyone had anything like this? Has anyone seen status change yet, it's Tuesday so it should be done.

My wife did receive her passport back today with the visa. She also received all the photographs we had submitted. I also know that "Info1" (on Trackitt) also received his passport today. So application processing is still going on in New Delhi.

Thanks, my husband is from Edmonton Alberta. So I hope he get's it too. Nothing to do but wait!

Can u plz confirm sikha on which page that news was printed. I cant see any of such news in Punjab Kesari dated 20th May

Check may.21 then. I will ask my cousin again. But don't worry, since ppl are getting visa's issued it just must be a rumor. Editors write anything in that paper. Plus it's not on the internet. This would have made headlines.

Just for your information i checked the enewspaper of Punjab Kesari but i couldnt find any. But yeah i m sure it will be rumor I didnt read it in any of the newspaper. u can check in www.punjabkesari.in
