Dont worry 4destiny, ECAS is not consistent.
In my case its not even recognising my file number.
So i suggest to wait for just a week, i am sure your PP will be delivered to you.

CPC-M transfered my file to New Delhi on 16th Feb.
Till date no AOR.....E-CAS says PR status "Not Available"

What may be wrong?
Why are they not doing anything with my file.
I am worried.

In my case it took ND 4 weeks to change the status from N/A to app received.
Give them one more week and you should see your status change.

Sorry, so your status changed from "decision made" to "app received" on the same day.
If that is the case ecas is probably fuc#ed up and they should be doing some maintenence, so don worry...
So is your status in app received for PR now?

CIC is committed to processing applications as quickly as possible.

We carefully monitor processing times and look for ways to reduce processing times, such as through regularly reassigning resources to the areas of greatest need.

We will continue to strive to decrease processing times.

I am in the same boat...same status...like Panda mentioned no one knows WTF is happening...
Around Xmas i bet there was a big lag in the files and hence the delay...........keep positive

Can you also share your timelines ..when did u apply..which city is your wife currently in and if it's a straight forward case, as in this thread we discuss cases based on all criteria..
