Hi Rozine, I checked my client status last week and my status has been changed to "in process" but no medical received. Any changes on your side.

Well, mine says "medical received" but it still says "application received"..i hope it will change to "in process" soon. we submitted passport more than a month back, still it doesn't say in process.

My heart is saddened!

In 1999 i lived in Kolkata (almost 4 years)
a flat right opposite to the AMRI.

My decision to immigrate was my life experiences in "Kolkata" or say "Eastern India"
I saw so much and fed up! For 6 years I travelled and worked in East, North East,W.B, Bihar, Orissa,Nepal, Bangladesh, Sikkim, Bhutan etc etc)

People I hope every one who becomes a PR or Citizen remembers "how it was and is India"
and set our life values and culture to Safety, Humanity, Compassion, Respect, Courtesy, Fairness

I follow all rules, be courteous to people, never attempt to take short cuts
and do not overcrowd, over use, or abuse anything beyond its stated capacity.

Application Details for my wife's PR:

Category........: FAM (Spouse)
Visa Office......: New Delhi
App. Filed.......: 12/08/2011
Doc's Request.: None
File Transfer...: 21/10/2011
Med's Done....: 21/07/2011
Passport Req..: NOT YET

From the forum I understand we should have most likely gotten the PPR by now? Any one else from August still waiting for PPR?

How is the PPR sent.. is it via normal post? Is there any way to verify the address and if they have already sent it?

If my wife or I called the ND office, do they give any response back ?

Would love any feedback!

Thanks

You should get your PPR soon. I have seen two other fellows in ND who got similar timeline. I am also waiting for my wife's PPR. They would send an email to the applicant in most of the cases. But I have even heard of regular mail in some cases. If you log in to eCAS using applicant's file number, you should be able to see the address there.

When I log in to the eCAS site using the file number (UCI) displayed on the letter I received informing me of the file transfer, I have to log in using my name and DOB. And in that case, it displays my address in Canada as the home address!

Also, within PR Application Status link it says "Medical results have been received."

Is there another way to login?

you can try by File no. which start with Fxxxx xxxx and applicant information. there u can see principal applicant information on E-case..

Thanks. That did allow me to log in as the principle applicant. But no address shows up! Only a link to PR application Status, with 2 lines:
"We received your application for permanent residence on August 12, 2011." (date CPC-m received my application)
"Medical results have been received."

Should there anything else (like address) displayed?

Anyways, thanks again and I hope you get your PPR soon as well.

Thanxxxx everyone for the clarification ....
