Can any one tell whether we can login ECAS with PR Card number or record of landing?
if yes, then how many days after the sponsorship approval?

Today I received an email from ND office in response to my case specific enquiry which was done to update some peersonal information. It just says that the information has been forwarded to a concerning Officer.

So this proves that disaapearance of address definitely has to do with some update on your file. So whoever got their address vanished, there must be some update on your file may be internal update from the officer, if not the Ppr/ visa issuance/ DM.

@jatinder

PR number is the same as Client ID. You should be able to log in after your approval. I was able to log in the same day. Few members here were able to log in after few days. So it varies.

Ecas is as usual very inconsistent.

Notice - Supplementary Information for the 2012 Immigration Levels Plan

Following the tabling of the 2011 Annual Report to Parliament on Immigration on November 1, 2011, Citizenship and Immigration Canada released further details on its 2012 Immigration Levels Plan. Since the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act's coming into force, this is the first time CIC is including admissions targets along with planning ranges.

A planning range is an estimate of the number of people CIC expects to admit each year, taking into account the differences in applicants' behaviour both before applying and once they have received their visa (some applicants take longer than others to arrive in Canada from abroad after receiving their visa).

For each range, CIC also sets an admissions target. The work of CIC's visa processing network is based on the admissions target so that admissions fall within the planning range.

Please see below for CIC's immigration planning ranges and admissions targets for 2012.

I have a question, the VO send me an Appendix A that states " to complete information for YOU AND ALL YOUR DEPENDANTS, whether accompanying or not". My question is, do you include your sponsor spouse on this form??.. i had send mine already but leave the spouse column as blank since in my thinking my husband is not my dependent...hope somebody can enlighten me?

if ever, i should have include my sponsor spouse in the form, can i send another appendix A to the VO and attached a letter of explaination? will it not create a problem for me f I do so??..i really need advise right now, don't want to be the cause of delay for my application since our wedding anniversary is fast approaching...thank you for your advises! it be of great help..

Hi meg29, your husband is the sponsor and you are his dependant. I'm sure you know that if you have children or if your parents are dependant on you then you will have to include their information. As far as I know, you have to say N/A for things that are not applicable. If you don't, they might think you forgot to fill that portion and will ask to resend the from with that portion filled out. You have to write N/A as required on the form and send it back to them. My suggestion would be to call the call centre and find out what exactly they want from you.
One other thing, I was trying to find the form on the CIC website but couldn't locate it. Please let me know which form it is so I can give a better suggestion. Hope this helps.
