Hi meg29, your husband is the sponsor and you are his dependant. I'm sure you know that if you have children or if your parents are dependant on you then you will have to include their information. As far as I know, you have to say N/A for things that are not applicable. If you don't, they might think you forgot to fill that portion and will ask to resend the from with that portion filled out. You have to write N/A as required on the form and send it back to them. My suggestion would be to call the call centre and find out what exactly they want from you.
One other thing, I was trying to find the form on the CIC website but couldn't locate it. Please let me know which form it is so I can give a better suggestion. Hope this helps.

it's the appendix A that is sent by the visa office as part of the additional documents together with the submission of passport....at the back of it is the appendix B which will be disregarded f the visa office will not ask for the appendix b...the form is not in the cic , its the visa office that provides it...tnx for that info...:)

Oops!! I thought you were talking about the PR application itself. Sorry about the confusion and Good Luck.

New Delhi doesn't ask for that kind info in country specific information. Only think they ask is travel period to other countries.

I know man... I don't even know when was the last time we seen a good news here.... :o
On side not, a good family friend got a visa recently within 4 1/2 months total.

@ newdelhi

that's great. So 4 n a half month from the application received at CPC M or ND?
I hope it is cpc M . :)

I also know a couple of persons who finished the process within 4-5 months of application received at cpc.

@ Kuku

Hey, what does your ecas say now?

@maple

It still shows "application received" >:( >:(

how about you?

@ Kuku

Same thing! Looks like ours will be straight away "Medicals Received" and "Decision Made"...LOL

"medical received" was there along with "application received" in our E-cas since the very first day after sponsorship was approved. So my next step should be "DM" ;) ;)

we dont even have "medicals received" yet..LOL

@ maple

No worries. You might miss it in your E-cas even after your hubby gets visa. :D :D

They need to hire special persons who only work on updating E-cas and give us regular update. They can find some one who will be ready to work for Rs 5000/month ( $100/month) :D :D

mine showing on application received on 18th aug 2011(date of cpc-m received my application)

and no PPR yet too...

waiting waiting n waiting .....!!!
