yeah I understand that PPR does not mean that interview has been waived especially when it is received early in the process. But I was just trying to figure out the chances of getting interview after PPR. You data is certainly helpful. If I have to tell the probability of getting visa after PPR without an interview, then the ratio is 100%. ;D. But that is from less than 15 applicants who I know got their visa without interview. There are many more across the country.
May be those who got an interview, didn't contact me.
