Abad, Just redo your medical and PCC asap and send them to ND. They only gave your PP back, because they need another medical and PCC. Usually getting PP back without any reason after interview is not a good sign. But don't worry. You will be fine..

Yug, You must send a letter to ND to get an update. I hope you are in touch with your MP. Don't sit and wait for miracle to happen. You need to push them to find answers. You have to redo medical. There is no other option.

It's a tricky situation. Tell him to block a ticket for 19th or 20th so he can fly if he gets a visa. In my opinion, it would be very hard for ND to get things finish in 2 days. I hope they finished his BC before interview. Good luck and hope for the best. :D

unfortunately, your only option is to try calling call center at Mississauga again. They are known for sending the whole application back if an application is missing anything. You will have to go through the check list and make sure again that birth certificate is the only thing you missed...

It took less then a month for BC. Since they asked for travel history detail by snail mail, it wasted another month there too.
