1) mostly people use Blue Dart, Speed Post, and people have even used DHL, they will cross out the POBOX line, so its better to use this address:

1) What courier service would you recommend? Also the address for the Canadian High Commission is a PO Box, and most courier services won't deliver to a PO Box.
2) Do you have to inform the courier service that the package contains passports?
