Email is enough...don waste time going in person, they will call you once they read your email.
I emailed them twice and they called me..

By the time you email your MP your hubby should receive a mail for his CSE..its been long enough and they will clean up your case.

Just a FYI
i did go to my MP office for them to do a Status Update (took a week)
THey got back to me on friday saying they don't have a descion yet
Saterday night at Midnight(sunday Morning) - ECAS changed to "IN Progress:
Sunday night (monday Morning) - ECAS Changed to "Descion Made"

I am sure you understand this has nothing to do with your MP, they don have any control on your decision made.
A MP or CSE will get you the same answer but MP's emails are 100% replied to..CSE are not.

yea i was refering more to it might just speed it up the process..get that file out of limbo, cuz now you got eyes on that file...

My wife's PP reached ND on April 27, and so far i have been checking my eCAS status online using Receipt # (IMM 5401).
I want to check the status using the file # but dont know how to get the file #, when we received the PPR letter, there was a UCI # and another # that started with an F, I tried login using both these # and cant login to check eCAS status.

Although i dont think it matters what i use to login, just wondering where can i find my File #?

Almost 4 weeks since PP reached ND and eCAS still says Application Received, hopefully it will change to either In Process or Decision Made this week.

The number which starts with F is the file number...
The reason you are not able to login is cos

• The surname of applicant does not match what they sent you in the letter ( depends on what they type as a surname in some cases Null )
  DOB mismatch ( very very rare )
  You are not pulling the correct drop down to pick your options
  

Make sure all these details are the applicants and not the sponsor to login.

However use your client ID to login, it will show the same info as the applicant's file number.
Do you have a client ID? as a sponsor you get one...if you/are were an immigrant you always have one.
Your client id will be in the AOR fro CPC MISS ( not sure how it works when the sponsor is a citizen, i guess they get one too )
If the sponsor is/was an immigrant - the client ID is on your landing papers or your previous work permit.

Thanks a lot, I was using my last name and DOB and not her's when using the File #, I was able to login with her credentials.
I hope you get Visa soon!!!

After entering the 7th month of processing my ecas is updated. I hope this is good news and will be positive.
I want to wait until she gets the passport back to celebrate, still not 100% comfy with CHC ND.
All your support throughout these months have really kept me cool.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Congrats for making it to the green zone, this is a good sign, I'm glad you got it done before me, we have the same dates for FileRX by ND, and yet I have no sign of PPR, but good to know you finished first

I hope its your turn FebPR, or wait I have to go through 6-7 pages before i read all the replys, I've had a busy week, hence couldn't be active on the forums.
