Why I am saying is.. sometime letter misplaced and may not reach.. and ND would think they sent a letter but applicant didn't send passport. As per ND's current trends.. they would send PPR in 5-10 days once they receive application/file (most of cases I noticed).. so better check with them...

Did you tried contact/email them.. I guess they might have sent you PPR already, and postal delivery / misplaced... as in my case its now showing In Process but we sent passport just yesterday as PPR took almost 1 month to reach us (postal department fault).. so I would suggest you can ask them...

Are you going to send PPR letter along with passport.. as they mentioned in letter "Please return copy of this letter with the requested documents" ?

Did you received any instruction to submit Supplementary Travel Form in your PPR ?? As our PPR letter doesn't specified any thing as such. Even I already submitted Supplementary Travel Form along with application in Feb. So I guess we don't need to send anything as such.. But there is a line...

ND posted mail on 29th March as there is delhi postal deparmtnet date stamp on it.. so something wrong with post office. And thanks for Granting me BLUE zone... :)

@deepiv you can use UCID number as well. (Top left on PPR letter)

@ avibis : ND send it immediately.. as I can see delhi postal date stamp on it on 29th Mar.. so I guess its postal delay.. @ DNT2003 : Jaipur in Rajasthan.. yes avibis you are right.. its hardly 5-6 hrs distance from delhi - jaipur.. Anyway atlast letter reached us safely.. :)

@ FebPR : Letter was sent on 29th March 2011 from ND as there is a postal stamp date 29th March.. and Received stamp date on local post office date is 29th april.. so it was almost whole month in Transit.. Anyhow happy atlast we received it.. PS: I would suggest ppl keep eye / enquire postal...

@CAN_2011 keep checking with postal department.. I guess ND already sent PPR to you.. Good Luck
