Hi all,

I got my passport back with visa today...very very happy moment..... ..
It was dated March 9, 2011 and was posted on March 10..and I received today, ie 18th march, 2011 through registered mail, and I am residing at pondicherry, a UT next to chennai...

My status changed from "Not availabe" to " application received on Jan 25, 2011 and from "App..received to in process on Feb 23, 2011"...and then from " in process to decision made on March 11, 2011"...and about the timelines on additional docs, i have mentioned that in my signature..

I will wait till our file reaches new delhi and then I will call CIC-M and see if i get file no. from them.

My wife had police clearance certificate in 1st week of october. and i my application reached CIC-M on Feb 9. So its more than 4 months, she had police clearance. My sponsorship was approved on March 8 and my wife's file is forwarded to New delhi on same day. May be our ecas will change in few days to application received to n delhi.

She didnt travel anywhere outside India, so she just have to fill "N/A" and sign it and send it to embassy. and yes i will tell her to keep it handy

congrats! am so happy for u!! Atleast ND took the recent medicals, looks like ND acts smart sometimes lol

am still waiting for my ppt to come dono when they ve posted. wish they could post that info also in the ecas, instead of decision made

bt still no reply

hv u applied on ur own or by sme agent

I have already received letter from CPC-M regarding sponsorship decision.
I did not pay RPRF at the time of application. I Paid RPRF afterwards and I received 2nd letter from CPC-M confirming my RPRF payment.

Till now no communication with ND.

I applied myself...no agent or lawyer.

What about u? do you have any agent for your application?

my ecas says decsion made that mens sponsership approved bt nt recieved any letter as yet becoz as i had applied from canada

For Nisha i think it took around 7 days for the registered post to reach chennai...give it 5-8 days for chennai, you should have it
