ND has been issuing PPR as soon as they receive your file. So there is no way to tell how soon you will get your visa back. For example, I was given PPR then called for interview. Some have been asked for PPR and gotten their visa's within a month or two. ND is very mysterious.

yea...u can not tell with CHC New Delhi...i guess all of the VO's work different way....

u cant predict with them....

Hello guys New to this site, just got my Police Clearance Certificate today, so gonna take it from there...

Just wondering how long it takes to issue a visa once the passport request is made.
My wife's file seems to be processing fairly quickly.

i think CHC New Delhi is working differently....they r asking or the pp first now to put it in the file and then reviewing the application afterwards....but no one can never tell with CHC ND...cuz they change things cnstantly...

If you read the last 30 pages in this thread the timeframe b/w PPR and PP with visa back home ranges from 10 days to 3 months

Welcome to the thread... my advice, stay patient and calm and know that your visa will come soon. Try to stay upbeat, there are down days and up days but end result is reunited with spouse.... above all else STAY STRONG!!!

there are few things that we all need to have...

1) stay calm
2) have lots of patience
3) have high hopes
4) and above all... stay positive


we all know that CHC ND doesn't care about these 4 things...but all of us here do

in the interview letter...did they also ask u to join in the interview or it just mentioned that if u r in india...u just show up with ur spouse....
