Well, at first, you have to visit the office in order to give them your details together with an authority of info release from your spouse. Then once you are done, they will request the info to the visa office abroad which they get it within 24 hrs for most of the time. Then, the office calls you and let you know about what they have got from the visa office abroad.

Really?? You need an autohrity of spouse to request details even with MP? So like filing out some kinda IMM form similar while requesting CAPS ?

Most of us on this thread are now waiting for visa ( except who joined recently in Dec)

Yes, because of privacy issue. The office will give you a form to be filled up by your spouse overseas. and your spouse would have to send (email) it to the office directly. I am not sure on this but i think they accept scanned copy.

Hi Guys,

Do you know how to get in touch with your local MP regarding contacting the ND office ?

I am 15 days short of 6 months at ND office. We filed app in June 8 2011.

No doc Req/No foreign travel.

Now we are slowly getting too worried.

yeye. I like your plan and also other senior members who have been waiting from march would get soon too.
I think they are more or less working on files that has come to 6 month end. So if you are in june, you should get some news soon.
