there is 1person his name is Hambzik, his case is also appeal won, he is so helpful, i think u need to contact him... he is leaving on 27th, he recently got his visa...

IMHO, the medical would have been sent to/seen by the embassy even before/during the start of the process rt? I mean My wife had her medicals done sometime during July and since it is all "e-medicals" now the file would be available to them. So I guess, the medicals received is just a confirmation I guess. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Take the info on this page with grain of salt. Its outdated by almost 2 years. Eg the 6 month processing time stars when ND receives the file not when Mississauga receives it.
Check cic.gc.ca for more up to date info.

Hi Deven, you was talking about me. I sent my passport on 19th oct and I received PP with Visa on 16th Dec. so almost 8 weeks. If their processing speed is same and your BC takes same time, you should get it by February first week if not earlier. If you need to talk to me, let me know. I am leaving on 26th night for Vancouver.

This date shows only the update date of the static information on the page. However, the database is updated many times everyday.

I was referring to their information on initial review (1month), interview(2 months), finalization (6months) listed on their web which I think is way outdated. Of course, database such as eCAS is updated regularly.

oh boy! Iran, no matter what is the reason for visit, you might be up for in depth BC, no body can guess how long its gonna take. Its my personal view, I am not sure about official process though.
