nice name...Smash... I remember someone called me SMASH more than one times ....
nice name....very power full....so if I don't get my PPR in next few weeks then I can smash CIC with my new name

Any ways I have finally applied for GCMS yesterday and lets see what I get first PPR or GCMS????
but minimum kuch na kuch to pata chalaya gaa keh kia ho raha hai meri file keh saath and what is my next due date????

jimmy bhai totally agree with you what you answered to jamy as we are all experiencing there lame service at one point or another during our processing... if u all remeber i was asked to snd them our birth certificates, marriage certificate,form b for kids (DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID WITH CERTIFICATES THAT I ALREADY SENT THEM BEFORE),proof of funds and an immigrant summary form in November 2013 AGAIN..

AND now on friday the visa officer emailed me ANOTHER DIFFERENT immigrant summary form and asked me to snd it ASAP( and you know when i couldnt find this form anywhere i emailed them and they snd me the form themselves last time in nov last month).
I think its the same which was sent to our freind cuccoo and he was asking that it says fill in duplicate and what should i do... the vo snd me the same one now... cuccoo emailed cic asking abt this duplicate thing and they answered him to ignore this part and just fill the form for self and spouse... so i already know what to do but still snt an email to the vo asking abt this duplicate thing and also if i can scan and snd the form through email...lets c when i get an answer...

yarrr ub dobara tcs kia tu phir 3000 gai... don,t know whats their problem. they could have send me this form last month and i would have gotten medical request by now but now i have to fill the F'ing form again which have questions that we have already filled like thousand times b4 and now it will take another month or two for them to send me medical....and let me clear one thing to our friend NN74 that i have NOTHING missing in my forms or application, freinds from my group ( oct/nov udr wlay) they are getting MRs and also 18 months letter holders....phir hamara kia qasoor hay???

Bro, I ve said it many times..."There is no such thing as background check" its just a shut up call, to buy time...(And now I know this for sure, from an authentic sourse....jimmy leaks )....Honestly, its just a matter of whose file gets picked first...so basically, LUCK ! Nothing else..just wait till feb 2014 (all "forum babas" feel that's the action time again)....

Sometimes, EVEN after u get medical, luck (plus mr. visa officer) makes u wait longer, like few of our friends who got medical 9-10 months ago, are waiting for ppr-1...the bad thing is they r facing the fear of re-medical now....

So, vo will take its time...and no one can say/do anything to speed it up...mujboori hai, kya karein

P.s: All good things take time, since Rome wasn't built in a day...bus sumjho hum bhi Rome bana rahay hein... don't worry bro. Sub waiters ka ho jana hai, with a difference of few months...and in the BIG picture of life, few months don't matter..Its just that since most people are counting 'everyday', that's why the wait seems longer.....(A watched pot takes AGES to boil) ....subtitle: "pateela wekhday rawo te paani dair naal ubulda ae"

I went to Bangladesh as my father for brain stroke and now he is bit ok. and I came back to Kuwait yesterday.

I have a question regarding PP request as I will be sending them PP tomorrow by DHL.

in a cover letter , can I ask them to return my passport ASAP as my father is sick and I have to travel to Bangladesh again.

seniors pls advice.

when ever any one receiving this kind of leeter / duplicate request, most probably ther eis any mistake, can u kindly re check your all that relevant forms. the same I experinced with two form members, they r confidendt but when they checked old papers they found some typing mistakes. kindly revisit for your form make sure ur forms are Ok and then write them any email. thanks NEKEOL

In my opinion you should not mention personal things
As they work with their own style and deadlines...

when ever any one receiving this kind of leeter / duplicate request, most probably ther eis any mistake, can u kindly re check your all that relevant forms. the same I experinced with two form members, they r confidendt but when they checked old papers they found some typing mistakes. kindly revisit for your form make sure ur forms are Ok and then write them any email. thanks NEKEOL

nekeol brother thankyou for always responding quickly... yes i have checked everything...everything was ok. actually in november the vo snt me immigrant summary form which was just one page and very simple...now they have snt me another immigrant summary form which is of 3-4 pages and totally different....similar to the one which we sent in november 2012...same addresses and employment questions and personal history etc as the original ones that we sent b4.... i think 3 weeks back they sent me a wrong form thats y they are asking me to fill and send asap....

My NOC is also 0111, I applied in Aug 2009, i got refused and reopened on appeal. I am in process since Aug 2012. I send updated documents in Aug 2012/july 2013. Don,t you think that it has some thing to do with this specific NOC, may be market requirement or something else.

You can open it in acrobat reader and can type
Go to tools and click on text I think and then click in the box cursor will appear start typing that's it
I have already completed it and just waiting for PPR
