Hello,

I am applying Super visa for my parents. My question is about mentioning the duration of stay.

My parents don't plan to stay longer than 3 months during their next visit. However, in the future, they might stay longer than 6 months. In the invitation letter, can i say that they will stay for only 3 months in the next visit? In that case, will they still give supervisa for stays longer than 6 months? Or should I say they will stay longer than 6 months?

Hello, can someone please help? I would be grateful for a response

Yes, you can, you are not obliged to stay for more than 6 months to get a super visa.

Would include the explanation to make sure they are still considered for a supervisa versus a regular TRV. As already noted not an issue.
