You need to fill form for cancellation of representative

Along with. Filled and signed form, send a cover letter giving your direct contact such email address, telephone no, address with PO box

All correspondence by them will be through your email

Good move... however, before proceeding pls. check the contract cancellation/termination clause on the contract b/w you and the consultant. I dont know if this contract has any value legally but you shouldn't be taking any risk at this stage of your application.

Many thanks bro, after reading your reply I revise the contract I have signed with them in year 2010 and found that I have to inform them in writing that I will cancel their services to me. Do you think I can get all my documents from them?

Dear bro,
I am not scared of them. Actually I don't need their service either. In year 2010 we were passing through tough family circumstances and work obligations that spare no space for clear thinking, hence I thought about hiring them because it is their job and they know it (at least this was my believe at that time )
Belive it or not, they are not answering my phone calls, sms, emails,,,,,etc. And when I got some of them to talk to, all what they say is "why you are so nervous?" your turn will come...just be patient!!!!!!!!!!!!!
