It's not the way you say such things in your CSE you just say that the letter you recieved says that you will be advised for updates in 6-12 months and 12 months have elapsed and waiting for further instructions

You are probably right, but in response to my CSE they said they are ready to send medical forms but they needed fresh photos of my new born. I sent them scanned photo of my youngest and today I received their response that they are sending me medicals today.
I surmise they are sending MR through post?
Keeping my fingers crossed.

My suggestion to people who sent updated docs in 2012 and waiting for medicals is not to give gap of more than two months in ur CSI's in order to avoid the above situation. We sometimes never know when and how they will send MR. So after every 2 months of gap we shud send CSI to check status.

The whole form needs to be filled again properly and signed

Piecemeal information given to them will delay your case unnecessarily
