Hello All,

I'm in a big trouble to get my Baby's passport back which I've applied on 28th March.

Let me know if anyone of you have find out the way (Tout) to get the passport back in 1 or 2 weeks.

It would be blessing for me!

Its Farhan. I forgot one thing when you called me. If you have not sent them the forms of your newly born then don't do hurry because they have already issued you the 18 months letter so you have plenty of time to meet this challenge. What i suggest you is to take out the printouts of the following news clips and send it to them as a proof of your failure to submit the passport of your child. Alternatively, you can also send the scanned copies of these news directly to CHC London. Then, at least you will have a positive and strong point in your hand that you have informed them about the severity of the problem. The links are as follows:

RCVD EMAIL FROM CIO, ASKING FOR ""address history for my spouse in month and year order. from his 18th birthday to present". HAVE ALSO WRITTEN ABOUT HOW TO RETRIEV FORM FROM THEIR OFFICIAL SITE BUT I CANT FIND ANY -

Congrats Gravity, atleast you haven't received the 18 months letter - You'll be receiving meds couple of months after they have received your info. Good luck

You are probably right, but in response to my CSE they said they are ready to send medical forms but they needed fresh photos of my new born. I sent them scanned photo of my youngest and today I received their response that they are sending me medicals today.
I surmise they are sending MR through post?
Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks Ahmed. I got reply from MCH and s/he seemed like a nice person. I hope my MR reaches me safely since postal system in Saudi Arabia is highly unreliable.
Also, if anyone has gone through medicals in Riyadh, please share your experience like cost and any do's and don'ts.

Please don't be confused. Just fill the complete form of Background declaration with exact their requirements. Take a print, signed it and sent them via email. I think this should not take your much time.

In my case I have only sent address history column ms word format via e-mail, but you can sent complete Background declaration form.

For all those who have applied CAPIS notes IF its mentioned medical forms typed that means you will get your medicals within 2-3 months.

Sharing this by experience. I applied for CAPIS notes in Nov 2012 it was mentioned MEDICAL forms typed and it when i recived medicals in March below on the footnote it was mentioned forms typed in Nov2012.

Well i would rather suggest you to send an email to CHC (and keep it saved with you) informing them about the poor postal system of Saudi Arabia and ask them to update your request to send all the correspondences through courier service and/or email. They have the arrangements that they sends the letters through courier and the receiving party (you) pays the charges at the time of receiving your letters/documents. Alternatively, if they will communicate with you through email then what else you want!. By doing this, you will be on the safe side that in case (God Forbid) they creates any problem in your case just on the basis that they have not received the requested information from your side on time (by claiming that they have sent you any letter), you can at least defend yourself by telling them that you have informed them about the situation well in time.

IN MY CASE OF 4 FMAILY MEMBERS, OUR GCMS SHOWS MEDICAL PRINTED, AND ONE MY SON SHOWS AS SENT AS WEEL IN JULY 2012, BUT YET I HAVE NITHER RECEIVED MEDICAL NOR ANY EMAIL FOR THE SAME, WHILE MEDICAL STATUS IS IN PROGRESS. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND, THE WAY OF WORKING OF LVO. NEKEOL

Along with. Filled and signed form, send a cover letter giving your direct contact such email address, telephone no, address with PO box

All correspondence by them will be through your email
