Update

Have received an email advising to submit again supplementary information form with postal codes. Last time requested corrected forms/information reached LVO on 30th Nov 2012. It means no medical at least before Christmas.

i was asked about the same thing few days back from KKB LVO

Have been asked to re submit supplementary information form again with the wordings I quote "Supplementary Information Form for principal applicant (please complete and return the attached form). You must include postal codes in address information". This is basically MS word form you get from LVO as attachment needing your last 10 years address and employment history. My UK address was ok having postal codes as its unthinkable an address in UK without postal codes, being incomplete. I think this refers to postal codes in Pakistan e.g Islamabad is 4400. Just rubbish as in Pakistan postal codes in address is not that important. simple thing to comply but just another correspondence and response and delay. But encouraging in the sense that rest seems ok otherwise would have been asked like POF etc. Lets hope for the best. No Christmas Present from LVO as was expecting medical 8) :'(

is their any possibility of asking POF again since i submitted POF in Nov 2012, and received MR after 2 weeks of submission the same

any thoughts, any ideas..

the reason i need to pay RPRF, which will reduce the amount by 980CAD

insha Allah no chance at this point as your MR done and only background checks are pending and hopefully you will get Passport request soon
but it is better to keep this money safe till you land in Canada as they ask on arrival how much you brought with you
try to use some other source of funds to DD......there is no time to take any small risk

i am trying to get an appointment for medical from IOM but they are not taking the calls. instead we get a recording which instructs us to email them for an appointment.
my questions are
1. wht are the information we shud give in the email for appointment. like shud we give them UCI and DoB as well as passport no. or just the name and passport no.
2. the email i was given is - mhdislamabad@iom.int is this the correct email

I think you did not share otherwise would have not given KKB the chance for delaying the process. Sharing always benefit someone as is the essence of this forum.

Should not take chances as can be asked for anything any time. Due to devaluation of PKR so sharply always maintain POF slightly above the required figure to be on safe side.

Ovais--- IOM email address you mentioned is correct. For Appointment of Canadian Health assessment you need to provide following information for each applicant

· Passport No.
· Complete Name
· Date of Birth
· Contact Number
· Visa Category
· Location/City for Screening
