Subject information was only for persons who have made mistake like me.............

For all forms; i don't think so. If you receive updated docs request by courier or post, then it's obvious to send these by post or courier. But if you receive it as email then u may try, send an email & ask them to advise if hardcopied are required to be sent or not?? If they don't reply then do send hard copies as well.

In my case "Programme Assitant" sent me a specific format to log that missing information (very limited scope), it was not a form but a word document.

100% agreed. Soon will be going to get my 3rd & hopefully last DD (if another kid does not land from the heavens...............) to submit RPRF in next week from wallstreet.

The reason I suggest dollar east OR wall street TO EVERYONE and not go to a bank is becoz some banks esp HBL have created HUGE problem by their own staff being in efficient and not writing complete address....otherwise if u go through bank, u save that 1200 rupee that u give to money changer and probably get a slightly lower dollar rate too.....people who got stuck with HBL thought of saving that money and got stuck becoz of the negligence of the bank..

.but its not worth taking a risk.....and if u re a simple person and don't know too many details about the bank, dollar east OR wallstreet are the safest bets !!! Otherwise Bank is cheaper AS LONG AS they make the draft with complete address., including 6 digit postal code.....
As for me, I'd rather pay slightly more but be 100% safe !!! Rest people can see.

After all, Urdu is an unfortunate language, only spoken at homes & when it comes to documentation, English (or Romanization) would take over rather than the traditional script of Urdu!!

Just an update on my case. Yesterday, i sent the missing "Schedule A" information as email attachment on "Given Format" & requested them to advise if a hardcopy is also required to be sent Via Courier. Just now (in less than 20 hrs) have received reply that "they don't need a hard copy".

Published in greater interest of group (Future refrence)...............

In my case i sent missing schedule A information by mail as well as hard copy to lvo.

Have received an email advising to submit again supplementary information form with postal codes. Last time requested corrected forms/information reached LVO on 30th Nov 2012. It means no medical at least before Christmas.

Mine program assistant is also KKB, on 29th he also asked me to submit updated proof of funds. I have submitted on 4th december and last week received reply from KKB that updated POF information is sufficient at the moment and application pending for background check. As per CAIPS my educationl credientals and job verifivcation has already been done but KKB using time consuming tactics. we are on same boat and INSHALLAH will hear some good news in january 2013. Lets see what happen, hope for the best.

Yes its all delaying tactics as how on earth one applicant BC takes months while the other is done in weeks (New applicants). Lets hope for the best and as said "All is well that ends well". New year will bring exciting news for all of us.Good Luck

Have been asked to re submit supplementary information form again with the wordings I quote "Supplementary Information Form for principal applicant (please complete and return the attached form). You must include postal codes in address information". This is basically MS word form you get from LVO as attachment needing your last 10 years address and employment history. My UK address was ok having postal codes as its unthinkable an address in UK without postal codes, being incomplete. I think this refers to postal codes in Pakistan e.g Islamabad is 4400. Just rubbish as in Pakistan postal codes in address is not that important. simple thing to comply but just another correspondence and response and delay. But encouraging in the sense that rest seems ok otherwise would have been asked like POF etc. Lets hope for the best. No Christmas Present from LVO as was expecting medical 8) :'(
