I'm sure u guys must be aware what problem some of the paki applicants have faced /still facing on "pakistan application forum" with HBL bank drafts with incomplete canadian bank address.......

So For paki people who are about to pay RPRF:

Guys , plz go to either Dollar East or Wall Street Money Gram ..... And avoid this HBL's "complete address missing" drama.....

Dollars East will give u a KASB Bank draft and address on draft will probably be:
Habib Canadian Bank. 918 Dundas STE
Mississauga On L4Y 4H9 Canada.

Wall street Money gram will make a Soneri Bank draft and the address on draft will be:
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce
Commerce Court,
Toronto, Canada M5L 1A2

This 6 digit zip code at the end of the address is the most important thing that they want in the address to make it complete....so U can confirm this before paying them that the address should have 6 digits in the end....Better to be safe and go to these tested places, and not experiment.....u don't want stupid waste of time, effort n money at this stage.

My phone no. changed recently.

1- Do I need to update my visa office about change of phone no.?
2- While adding my new born twins, I sent all new forms except Form A. Can I be proactive to send soft copy of my Form A while updating visa office about change of phone no.? Do I need to send scanned copy of the last page of Form A that bears my signature or soft copy without signatures will do?

yes do write then email w.r.t change of phone number, coz they will use it for any (if required) Courier correspondance

Bro ...... I prepared DD of RPRF from Standard Chartered bank and it was in the honour of RBC(Royal bank of Canada ) with full address

I have also got DD's twice from "Wallstreet's" Mall Road branch. Absolutely Reliable. One more thing regarding charges is that: Rs; 1200 is bank fee that they charge for; for their own bussiness (profit) they will charge u around 1.5 to 2.0 Rs (negotiable) extra on CAD conversion rate of sujbect day for DD formation.

Just an update on my case. Yesterday, i sent the missing "Schedule A" information as email attachment on "Given Format" & requested them to advise if a hardcopy is also required to be sent Via Courier. Just now (in less than 20 hrs) have received reply that "they don't need a hard copy".

Once again have an exciting news to share with u. Just received "Medical Instructions" through email for my self & family. Just to remind u guys, i already received (paper) medicals (Except my Newborn) on Oct 24. Sent updated docs & POF with inclusion of newborn, received by VO LDN on Nov 08th.

On Nov 27th, sent a CSI regarding updation of my status that have resulted in subject "Medical Instructions". Subject mail has been immediately followed by another email, my initial impression was that it's a repetition but in 2nd mail they have also requested to submit "RPRF".

Most important thing for all those who are waiting for updated docs request. Remember, discussion regarding "Schedule A Form" personal history for Past 10 years or since 18th birthday whichever is "most recent". Jimmy & Cock n bull have proven to be right. I just submitted history for past 10 years & it was not enough. With this email they have also sent a format to log my personal history uptill 18th birthday.

Another point of interest or discussion is POF. In my case i submitted my 18th months statement of "Investment in Mutual Funds". Have been investing in "mutual funds" mainly because of Tax benefit (Rebate). Along, with it i also attached my Bank statement for past 18th months (but it was only like 125000 Rs). Lastly, i also took a print out of my "Wealth Tax Statement for Tax year 2011-12" from FBR website to support my investment as "officially Declared".....


Lastly, Good luck Everyone & stay positive. Goodnews are on the WAY...............

P.S: (Especially for my Fav Jimmy bhai).......VO has instructed me to discard our previous medical forms & given 30 days to submit Meds...

Whichever bank....as long as address is complete....with 6 digit postal code...

The reason I suggest dollar east OR wall street TO EVERYONE and not go to a bank is becoz some banks esp HBL and Habib Metro Bank have created HUGE problem by their own staff being in efficient and not writing complete address....otherwise if u go through bank, u save that 1200 rupee that u give to money changer and probably get a slightly lower dollar rate too.....people who got stuck with HBL thought of saving that money and got stuck becoz of the negligence of the bank..

.but its not worth taking a risk.....and if u re a simple person and don't know too many details about the bank, dollar east OR wallstreet are the safest bets !!! Otherwise Bank is cheaper AS LONG AS they make the draft with complete address., including 6 digit postal code.....
As for me, I'd rather pay slightly more but be 100% safe !!! Rest people can see.

Me too , I also got it from dollar east..... simple is safe/better.....its when u try to be "over smart" when u get into trouble...

P.s: having said that, I feel for the brothers who r stuck with the HBL bukwaas due to bank s fault...these stupid bank people should be slapped/fired for making these BIG blunders. I hope the issue our brothers (like Passion) r facing gets resolved soon. InshaAllah.

Subject information was only for persons who have made mistake like me.............

For all forms; i don't think so. If you receive updated docs request by courier or post, then it's obvious to send these by post or courier. But if you receive it as email then u may try, send an email & ask them to advise if hardcopied are required to be sent or not?? If they don't reply then do send hard copies as well.

In my case "Programme Assitant" sent me a specific format to log that missing information (very limited scope), it was not a form but a word document.

does this means that we can send all updated form by email?
