Guys just wondering , anybody heard about refusal after 6 months ?

mate why ur still writing 6 months ask if anyone got rejected after 10 months.

Anyways, i think i read 2-3 people who got rejected after but these are rare of rare cases. i hope we wont come in that category. But surely everyone here has the same question that how sure we should feel now after such a long processing.

my file is at Ottawa so i wrote an email with Subject Urgent to CPC Ottawa. U should write an email with Urgent Subject to the office where ur file is this moment. GCMS notes shows the file location.

I am writing to inquire about the status of my permanent resident application (UCI: XXXXXX) filed under the Express Entry - FSW/FST/PNP/CEC program. I filed my application on date....... (acknowledgement attached), and on date ......, ​reached ...... months since the application was filed.

I have not received any update on my application in the last ​.....months. ​I hope our medical (.....Applicants) would remain valid till the completion of my application process​​ (Medical will complete one year in month ....2016 ). If not then i would like to request of validity extension for medical.

I would appreciate if you can please look into my application and let me know the status or timelines to receive result on my application.

I wrote a similar letter to CPC Ottawa ( as my application like you is still with CPC Ottawa ) ...but rather than extension they asked me to get a new set of medicals for my spouse and I.

SO I think it all depends on the officer who is handling your case ...I am sure the one handling my case must be pissed off with his boss and hence trying to take it out on me

I am an FSW 2014 15th Dec applicant. With the timelines on my left. Iinked my paper application to MYCIC.It reads as eligibility In progress., medicals passed, docs :blank, interview not needed and bg in progress! what do I make out of this? how long before I get PPR?

ECAS has three lines with last line as medical received line.
No Verifications done till date almost 19 months and waiting. Warsaw Visa office
What do you guys think sincs mycic is more for EE applicants

I seriously commend your patience. I just crossed 6 months and i have none left. What helped me most is not visiting this forum when i was tensed the most. Since your VO is singapore, we have seen they have a huge backlog unlike any other VO. Just take a break from this forum for a month. I am going to do that from August

Easiest and the best way to look others who have passed more than u. U ll easily find more than 10 months and over a year as well.

as I saw somewhere on forum, medicals change to not needed, and then in few days to passed in case of extension.
