Your consultant may be absolutly right

But from all the forums and members answering my query regarding the IN Process stage with a processing statrt date, the next step would be MR, doc request or interview.

There are very thin chances of getting DM (rejection)after this stage.

@ seniors, please correct me if I am wrong.

Dear Harsh,

This is why I said there is no concrete source of this information. As learnt from this forum that some applicants are getting DM after getting IP with date, I made this query to my consultant. The obvious answer I got is what i had written.

Personally I wish all Genuine Applicants should get through & granted CPR. :)

Cheers & wishing the best for all.

GOD Bless us all...

Normally its MR unless they find a suspicious thing on your attachment and things go into Spin

Then anything can happen

Dont want to be negative but believe personally

You are absolutely right, but also one thing I have noticed in such cases when you get a DM after In process with date is within a couple of days like a week or so.

That means that if the make a decision it will be in a very less time after IN process with date.

When you click on the 'Decision Made', are the details the same as RBVO or processing date and decision made is mentioned.
Sometimes. it is an e-cas error.

Pray that it is so.

Same with my case without(inprocess date) line

We have received a refusal letter last week. It came to us almost three months. At one point was not enough. Date of refusal on the same day as the date of the process on December 2. But why are they indicated in a letter to the file number through which I can not go to ecase.

Really sorry to hear about your cases, mhmlhr & lovebug5050.

Lot of time decision made is an error by e-cas. But now a days lot of applicants do get rejection letters too.
If a date is mentioned than there are high chances that it is a rejection.

But nothing can be said until you get any letter or further instructions from CHC.

Will Not be advisable to speculate till the hard copy from the VO is on the table

In 99% of the cases DM is a situation of concern
