I completely agree with you OHMYGOD.

I suggest to make a new thread with a table showing applicant name, 2nd AOR date and Processing started date. This will help us know the trend of CHC new delhi.

I appeal to all to take initiativein this regard. maybe someone computer and forum savvy can make a spreadsheet or table........

I could not find any post from rkv where he says his status changed to decision made.

I could only read and understand that he had "in process" with RBVO as perhis post dated 02 december. and after that he writes that he has got rejection letter from CHC. he has not mentionedhis present ECAS status in any post.

where u have read it ??? pls. post the link here for our reference. Thanks.

Look, the fact of the matter is we simply do not know why our statuses have changed to DM. What is a relief, so far, is that none of us have received rejection letters even though months have passed. We have no option but to keep waiting and waiting and waiting......

DM is removed from E-CAS... please chk...

When status reads we reviewed your file and started processing your file

Then It means We started the next step,Like verification calls or documents analysis as happened to many applicants this week


In case The VO wants to reject The case it reads we reviewed your file and a decision was made

U are absolutely right.When DM appears immediately after aplication reviewed,it is rejection.WHEN inbox shows application having been reviewed and followed by specific dt of processing,it is not rejection.From then on,the background check shall commence and culminate into request for MR.

Except "INDIAN" i have not seen any case in this forum from past 1 year that an applicant is having IP with a processing date & then going to DM immediately.

At times people write partial Information regarding their ECAS status.

Even CIC site clearly indicates that

IN PROCESS
In Process Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.

IP with processing date means application is eligible, Although DM is the next stage & CIC can reject application at any stage but ...logically it should be MR.

After we provide Medicals & there is some problem then a Re-medical is issued. At this stage there is a possibility of Rejection or DM but not before that.
