Thank you very much @legalfalcon - this helps a lot!
I've checked the couple last pages and it looks like the eligibility is conclusively passed so that's great!

The notes go as follows:
Created Date: 2020/04/08 10:56:36
Updated Date: 2020/04/08 10:55:53
Restricted: No
Label: EE Eligibility

Text:
*OFFICER REVIEW - APPLICATION*
<<application details>>
Met Selection EE Econ - PASSED *****ADMISSIBILITY***** MEDICAL: PASSED - reassessment required RPRF: PAID

From what you have told me I won't be re-doing meds by myself. My medicals expired in March 2020, but I will just wait for IRCC to make a move on this matter.

One last question if I may - we are expecting a baby girl in late November (our first child) - due date is November 28th. When should I let IRCC know about this happy addition to our family?

Thanks again, you're doing an awesome job.
Regards.
That is great, your eligibility is passed, and now you just have to wait.

You can do your medicals again, but instead just wait for IRCC to get back to you. Once they are ready to send the PPR, they will have to review your application to check if meds are valid, and that is when you will to hear back.

All the best!

Hi, @legalfalcon, I got an ADR two days ago that I need to submit my country of residence for the past 18 months for all family members in our application (myself and my spouse), the height and eye color of both and the passport scans. I uploaded all required documents the same day. The profile still says Your action is required but the review of additional documents now say NOT APPLICABLE rather than saying we are waiting for the documents to continue processing your application.

What does not applicable in this case suggest?
Jus because you have an ADR, it is difficult to predict what stage you are at. In most cases this info is asked right before the application is approved. However, to be sure, you should send a webform, call, or request GCMS notes.

Hi, @legalfalcon

I submitted an application for an employer specific work permit as I hold a valid CSQ. I also have a valid PGWP.

I recently found my initial application for my PGWP (I thought I lost it) and found out there were discrepancies with what I wrote in my new WP application, now I am very worried.

1. In my previous application, I did not mention my dad's second first name. In my current application I wrote it. My dad would not accompany me to Canada in both cases.

2. In my previous application (PGWP), I forgot to include one small period of employment that I included in my new application (CWP)

3. In my previous application (PGWP), I wrote a different start date for one employment, an earlier date. The reason is, for my new application, I wrote the beginning date of my first pay stub, for the previous application I wrote the beginning date of the employment contract.

Would any of those be ground to reject my application or be a misrepresentation ? Should I contact IRCC to explain (the application is already submitted).

Thank you very much for your help I am very stressed right now.
If there are discrepancies, you can send a webform and clarify them and update your application so that there are no discrepancies.

Thank you sir @legalfalcon, my GCMS notes last month showed all passed and security blank. Notes 1 saying DMO is satisfied that the PA and spouse are not inadmissible to Canada. Everything was fine in the GCMS notes.

If your security is blank, you will have s15(1) on the top right corner of the page, see https://bit.ly/33gK6Jt

Once your security is passed, which it should be since you received the ADR, you will have a decision and PPR.

To read on security, see https://bit.ly/2HKzomh

You can use the CRS calculator and run the numbers. If you so not want to disclose your foreign experience and you can get ITA with your Canadian work experience, you can remove it.
Thanks @legalfalcon.
My only concern/confusion remains is the question that I need to mention a NOC on which I want my case to be based off. As I mentioned I do have one year experience in canada but it’s in 2 different NOCs. Can I mention the one in which I have 8 months experience in canada and I am still working in it?

Thank you for your help. I clarified with the webform. Nothing to worry about now? How forgiving are immigration agents to mistakes? Thank you very much again!

Hi @legalfalcon

We applied a work permit with dependent application as visitor visa and both visas are approved on Jan 2019 (Visa valid till: Jan 2021). So my spouse got a dependent vistor visa UCI No: yyyyy and then later my spouse applied a Spousal open work permit on Nov 2019 and Spouse open work permit visa was rejected on Dec 2019, because my spouse forgot to mentioned his US visa refusal details in his Spousal open work permit visa application form. Here he got a different UCI number: zzzzz for spouse open work permit.

Is it possible to have a two UCI numbers (i.e: 1. Visitor Visa UCI No: yyyyy and and 2. Spouse open work permit UCI no: zzzzz) for single person ?

Recently we submitted PR application and then Medicals and Biometircs are completed and UCI numbers are also changed from CANxxx to WP UCI Number for Primary applicant, but Spouse open work permit UCI number: zzzzz is showing in spouse UCI number section for my Spouse. Actually Visitor visa UCI No: yyyyy was mentioned in our spouse application's during PR application submission.

will it give any problem or is it normal only ?
or generally spouse open work permit UCI number only will update in the PR application, even if we have two UCI numbers for single person ?

It is not about how forgiving immigration officer's are, it is the law that you cannot have material discrepancies. Reposting my previous post:

Any application you file can be looked into and there should be no discrepancy. If you filed a TRV in which you did not declare a job, and then you claimed a job in your PR application, this is a discrepancy. The issue here is whether prior TRV application in which an employment detail was left out can be added to the PR application, and would this inconsistency be of any concern.

The answer is simple. If you file any application with IRCC, TRV, WP, PR etc, any of them can be looked into to review your current application and any inconsistency can be a cause of misrepresentation. All applications have to be consistent, and if they are not, a reason on why you omitted the information has to be provided.

Now I will not be deliberating that if the prior application was refused, why it should be looked into again, or you file a TRV before and you did not disclose an employment but subsequently claimed pints for it in PR and got a PPR without any issues. This is all anecdotal. Just because someone was not caught, does not make him innocent.

They law is clear, while applications for different types of status engage different considerations, it does not necessarily flow that statements made in temporary residence applications cannot affect subsequent permanent residence applications (or vice versa). In Suri v. Canada , the court found that the Officer’s concerns vis-à-vis the contradictions between the Applicants’ temporary and permanent applications were reasonable and based on that the applicant's misrepresentation ban was upheld.

Federal courts have ruled on this numerous times.

Read - Suri v. Canada available at http://canlii.ca/t/grvwt

Similarly, in the case of In Goburdhun v Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2013 FC 971 at para 28, Justice Strickland summarized the key considerations outlined in the jurisprudence, including the fact that paragraph 40(1)(a) is to be given a broad interpretation, capturing misrepresentations even if made by a third party such as a consultant, without the knowledge of the applicant (see also Wang v Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2015 FC 647 at para 25). The only exception to this rule is narrow and applies in the truly extraordinary circumstances where an applicant honestly and reasonably believed that they were not misrepresenting a material fact and knowledge of the misrepresentation was beyond the applicant’s control.

You can read the above judgments, they are available online.

If there was a discrepancy on your applications, you should have addressed it in your LoE with your PR.

The UCI number once issued remains the same, irrespective of the number of applications filed later. You need not be concerned about it, as IRCC will verify it in the system and allocate it accordingly.

If you have more then one UCI, you can send a webform and clarify.

No need for clarification. The note reads that email was sent to Operations Service Centre (OSC) to house uci#zzzzz

No need to clarify, and this is issue.

and this is issue means which will impact or any problem for our PR application process ?
Sorry for not being clear. This is NOT an issue at all and you do not have to do anything from your end.
