Which province nominated you?@legalfalcon - EE Profile update issue!
My EE case rejected and profile cancelled due to wrong ECA submission. I had PNP. I created new profile 2 weeks ago and mentioned I had PNP nomination and applied to PNP to link my nomination with new profile.
The problem is: as per CIC the profile stays for 30 days for PNP confirmation but the PNP is taking 3 months currently to process post nomination request.
Can I update my profile and change this information that I have PNP? This filed is blocked and won’t allow me to change.

Have you asked BC to issue a new nomination or attach the nomination with your new profile?EEBC international graduate
Yes, I have generated the request through post nomination option on BNPNPN online. It’s going to take 90 days.Have you asked BC to issue a new nomination or attach the nomination with your new profile?

Since you are a PR, it will have no impact and no delay. Only that IRCC will have to be informed that the applicant's family composition has changed. When a new member Is added, they are subject to criminal, medicals and security admissibility.Hey @legalfalcon , My fiancé's AOR (Express Entry) is Jan 9th 2020. We were supposed to get married but got postponed, now we are thinking we will marry next month. I am a existing PR holder. If we marry now, how should she update her profile and also will it affect/delay her processing. Any help will be appreciated. She is a outland / FSW / PNP-O residing in USA.
This is no impact.Hi @legalfalcon ,
I was offered admission to an MBA program in Canada for which I applied for my Study Permit on 28th July 2020 and got my Approval in Principle (AIP), ie cleared Stage 1 of my Study Permit on 28th August 2020. I started my classes online from September 2020 from India. As per IRCC rules, we can start our studies online even if we do not get a final Study Permit before the start of classes. I was unable to give biometrics for my study permit as VAC offices are closed in India at the moment.
I entered the EE pool in September and got my ITA on September 16, 2020, under the FSW category. I got my AOR on October 4, 2020.
While submitting my PR application, I mentioned that I am currently doing a full-time MBA from a Canadian University from India because of travel restrictions due to COVID-19. I explained my situation in the LoE. I am aware that this falls under Dual Intent.
I also had to pay for the Biometrics as my Study Permit biometrics have not been given yet. Essentially, I have a Biometrics Letter for my Study Permit and will eventually get another BIL for my PR application.
My question is, how does this impact my PR application? Thanks in advance!
There is no problem if you do not remember your UCI. After your submit your application (post ITA), IRCC will allocate your a new UCI if you do not have one, or if you had one in the past, the same will be used for your application and willl be reflected in your MyCIC account within a few after submitting your application.Hello @legalfalcon , I used to have a GCKey account in the past but it has been revoked since. I had entered the Express Entry pool with my old account but was never sent an ITA.
Now I'm trying to register for a new GCKey, is it a problem if I do not enter my old UCI number when I'm asked for it, as I don't have access to it anymore?
Thank you for the response! Would I have one if I have only entered the Express Entry pool? There is no problem if you do not remember your UCI.
