My AOR date is 13 Aug and still have not reached MEP stage. I moved from Delhi to Yangon (Mayanmar) on 3rd March 2018 and completing 6 months here today. Should I apply for Yangon PCC now or when asked by IRCC later?
Congrats, Is it PPR? What is your timeline?Dear @legalfalcon
I received a letter asking for my passport for completing the process, Can I rop it at any Visa office? plus there are no instructions for biometrics and fee, please guide me through the process in Islamabad pakistan
@legalfalcon sir, thank you for the reply,Absolutely.
I did not say i have cleared my eligibility. I was rather asking that i have cleared eligibility or not by this time as its been 60 days since aor.Any time after 45 days is a good time to request GCMS notes. The point here is that if your apply too early, you will not see any progress. you need to request GCMs notes at a time when there has been some progress in your eligibility.
Since you have cleared your eligibility, which I am not sure where you got to know of, you can sure request GCMS notes and read the officer notes pertaining to the eligibility.
thank you for your reply, really appreciate all the support you are providing us.There is no such requirement. When your application is approved, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months. The you get the PR visa, the validity of it, i.e. the date before you have to land in Canada is determined by:
1. When your PP expires
2. When your medicals expires (1 year from date of issue)
or either of which expires before.
If your passport expires during your application processing, you can simply get your passport renewed, and send the scan of it via CSE.
You don’t need biometric and to pay visa fee. The only amount vfs islamabad will change is around Rs. 1500/- it has to be mentioned in your letter which city vfs you have to drop your passport.Dear @legalfalcon

Yes - My brother did mention that Canadian passport didn't have mother and father names mentioned but he has a copy oIndianindian Passport which states mother and father name and that matches with my indian passport as well. Will it be an issue if I upload my brother's indian passport copy even though now ha e has canadian passport?
