I'm about to submit everything and just got last minute anxiety.

For POF, I sent for translation my 6 months statements, these I downloaded from my account online. It is a "certified copy" and it's exactly the same as the one they would mail to my house.

My question is: I just read today that many people send the bank statements stamped from the bank, is this a requirement?

Please help!!

You need a letter from the bank on a letter head with the current balance, and the average 6 months balance. There is no requirement that it has to be stamped.

Yes, go to any vfs with your passport and the email you received. You will pay the fees there and they will do the rest./

I wanted some advice.
I have submitted my application on 31st January'18. I moved to IP2 on 14th February'18.
I just had a call with IRCC and according to them -

Criminality - Passed
Eligibility - Under review
Security - Not yet started.

Is this delay normal to you? What should i do next?

Request GCMS notes, they will have all the details and also why your processing is taking so long.

I am working as an insurance sales agent Noc 6231 and for first 3 months I was paid a basic salary plus commissions on my sales but due to not achieving my quarterly target now I am only working on commissions and completed my 1 yr in this noc can I count it as full time paid work exp?

The only issue is that after you take a citizenship of another country, the Indian passport has to be surrendered at the closest embassy / consulate. The passport is then cancelled and returned. Not doing so is an offence, and the old Indian passport is invalid. One person cannot have 2 passports unless he is from a country that allows dual citizenship, and India does not.

Brother (canadian citizen) - Date of Birth certificate which has mother and father name

Primary Applicant (Myself) - 10th certificate ( only father name is shown), Passport page where mother and father name are shown

Thank you for the response. Here is my situation with regards to 485 EAD (green card process).

Our EAD was revoked incorrectly and later the MTR (motion to reopen) has been approved and the case is under processing. Our current EAD is valid only until December 2018. In the statutory questions, I did mention YES where it asked if I was ever denied, immigrant, permanent residency of Canada or any other country. I am writing that in LOE and explaining the details.

That was the reason I was asking if we need to explain the extension of our current EAD which is expiring in Dec 2018.

Also do I need to attach current EAD where I upload passport document or should I attach in LOE?

If they count towards the PoF, you should as you do not meet the 6 months average balance requirement. Just provide the proof where the funds came from in LoE.

You can upload the gift deed with the bank account statements that should funds. Also explain this in LoE
