Post ITA you can change your response and answers as long as it does not impact your CRS score.
So you can go ahead and remove your spouse's work history and just leave it in personal. It will have no impact on the processing.
No, if you leave the work history only in personal history, there is no need for any documentation.
No, it does not matter who earns. All that matters is that what you are claiming points for.
You do not need a gift deed from spouse. You can show the PoF with a combination of 1, 2 or more than 2 accounts. The accounts can be in your name, your spouses name, or held jointly.@legalfalcon @bimale4bipeople
POF requirement: $16000, PA account balance: $16423, avg of 6 months in bank letter: $17927.
1. I am the PA and had transferred $18000 to my spouse account 1 month before ITA, leaving me with very low balance. Just before ITA, my spouse transferred $3600 back to my account. Should this transfer be shown as gift deed from spouse as I am also taking spouse consent letter for using his bank funds of $15000.
2. There were some cash deposits of $1780 in my account just before ITA, can I include these in gift deed from spouse ?
3. Can there be 2 gift deeds shown for my account from my mother and spouse ?
4. I have taken consent letter from spouse for his salary account funds usage. He has a home loan going on from another bank. Is it required to disclose this home loan ?
There is no such requirement. When your application is approved, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months. The you get the PR visa, the validity of it, i.e. the date before you have to land in Canada is determined by:Would like some clarity and will like to know more about this:
My passport is expiring in aug 2019 and i am still at medical pass, Jun18 AOR. If this requirement is true, then my passport will have less than the required 12 month validity if/when the PPR comes.
Will appreciate clarity on this requirement and will appreciate if you can point me to somewhere i can read more about this 12 month requirement as i was unable to find more on this.
Also I am not sure if my passport office will renew (so early) a passport expiring in aug 2019
Good Evening
After receiving ITA I was unable to continue with my application due to CIC website technical Issue. Which got resolved after like 27 days ( emailing and sending screenshots via IRCC web form). I was trying to fill the details under my profile but I realized that my express entry profile details (Primary applicant) were not carried over whereas my spouse details were already pre populated ie carried over from express entry profile. I can go ahead and fill in my details (primary applicant) details again but the question I have is will this be an issue?
Should express entry profile details like education, work history, be already filled (i.e carried over from express entry profile) in post ITA?
Please help!
You can request GCMS notes from GET GCMS irrespective of whether you filed your application, or whether it was done by a consultant or lawyer. If my application was submitted by a representative, can I still order the GCMS notes through getgcms.com or should I only be allowed to order the notes through my representative?
Yes. If you see a glaring concern in your GCMS notes, you can submit additional supporting documents that may address the issue before you receive the procedural fairness letter.Hello! I have a question:
Recently got GCMS notes in which indicate a eligibility review. Knowing the reason for a delay in my application, is it possible/recommended to provide additional supporting documents to help with the review? I'm afraid of getting ahead of myself and jeopardizing my situation instead of actually helping.
Please do not provide incorrect information. Submitting additional documents is something very situational and circumstantial. Most notes do not say that additional docs are required.post the case agent notes. see notes 1 to 3. it will tell if you need to upload additional docs or not.
Canadian passport does not list parents name.Hello
I have another question regarding claiming the points for the sibling. My brother who is Canadian citizen has his DOB but I dont have my DOB. can i show his passport page where father mother name is listed and also my passport page where father and mother are listed. IS that enough to show sibling relationship?
Or is there any other way to show sibling relationship. Can you please help
Nobody is providing incorrect information. If the case agent says review required for a self attested experience letter or a letter without duties why not upload a proper letter signed by hr. Notes don't explicitly say additional docs are required. Please do not provide incorrect information. Submitting additional documents is something very situational and circumstantial. Canadian passport does not list parents name.
You can instead show birth certificates showing same parents, or a secondary school certificate, if you are from India, that too has the parents name.
you can upload EAD even though it is not required. you dont need to add any LOE about extension.Hello again
Have one more question regarding post-ITA. I am in USA on EAD (green card process) for past 5 years. EAD's are renewed only for 2 years every time. So do I have to upload all the past EAD's and current EAD for my proof of residence (ie USA)? Note: My country of citizenship is INDIA.
Although the documents list did not ask for my proof of residence - I am planning to upload my EAD along with my Passport document just to be safe to show that I am living here in USA legally on EAD (Employment Authorization Document).
Also my current EAD is expiring in December 2018 - Do I need to add any explanation in LOE stating that I have applied for EAD extension?
Thank you for your response. I worked as self-employed doing jobs on a contract basis for various companies. What is the most indicated method of proving that work experience? The contracts themselves? Should I write letters confirming I did the job and get the companies to sign them? Thanks againYes. Thank your for you kindly reply. You can request GCMS notes from GET GCMS irrespective of whether you filed your application, or whether it was done by a consultant or lawyer.
Simple fill in the details and submit a request, and when the GCMs notes are released, they will be released to you. Your representative will not get to know and neither will requesting GCMS notes impact the processing of your application.
