seems like both your work exp have 'review required', can you get a HR letter from your past company (instead of ex boss) and get drafted letters signed by your clients for self employment? you can write the letters your self and have them signed by the companies.
I will do that for sure. Should I sent these through CSE as soon as possible or should I wait for them to request it?

well do it right away, make sure to upload payslips, taxforms or anything else which supports your case. who knows if they will request or reject straightaway, depends on the officer.

Good Evening

After receiving ITA I was unable to continue with my application due to CIC website technical Issue. Which got resolved after like 27 days ( emailing and sending screenshots via IRCC web form). I was trying to fill the details under my profile but I realized that my express entry profile details (Primary applicant) were not carried over whereas my spouse details were already pre populated ie carried over from express entry profile. I can go ahead and fill in my details (primary applicant) details again but the question I have is will this be an issue?

Should express entry profile details like education, work history, be already filled (i.e carried over from express entry profile) in post ITA?

Please help!

Can anyone please help me with this question.

My brother who is Canadian citizen has his DOB but I dont have my DOB. can i show his passport page where father mother name is listed and also my passport page where father and mother are listed. Or is there any other way to show sibling relationship. Can you please help

Either a birth certificate or the passport for the 2 of you can work in this case to provide the relationship.

Thank you bimale4bipeople and legalfalcon for the input.

While creating Express Entry profile I did enter my husbands work history. Will it be an issue if I update his work history under is personal history?

For self-employed - even though I am updating his work history under Personal history - Do I need to upload any documentation related to his self-employment.

My concern is since I am the PA and not working currently and my husband is the one who is financially supporting the family - Do we need to upload or provide any documentation which shows that one person is earning.
Post ITA you can change your response and answers as long as it does not impact your CRS score.

So you can go ahead and remove your spouse's work history and just leave it in personal. It will have no impact on the processing.

No, if you leave the work history only in personal history, there is no need for any documentation.

No, it does not matter who earns. All that matters is that what you are claiming points for.

Hi Legalfalcon

I got my gcms notes and I have eligibility met but there was one officer review required for settlement funds . What does this mean ? Is it something to be concerned of and one said that it will delay my app is it true donu have past experiences like this
Usually review required for PoF is when your funds are in a different currency than CAD or USD. The officer will review it and mark it passed.

Just make sure that your declared PoF is not impacted by currency fluctuations and you have a little over it is does.

My aor is 4th july mep 19th july.
With one dependent.
Have i cleared eligibilty by now?
(As almost 60days passed & no update)
What is the best time to order gcms?
Any time after 45 days is a good time to request GCMS notes. The point here is that if your apply too early, you will not see any progress. you need to request GCMs notes at a time when there has been some progress in your eligibility.

Since you have cleared your eligibility, which I am not sure where you got to know of, you can sure request GCMS notes and read the officer notes pertaining to the eligibility.

Hi! @legalfalcon.

I received my gcms notes. I need your opinion.

My case is for work experience I provided Letter from HR containing only annual salary, position and joining date and an Affidavit from Manager containing other details like duties, hours of work etc. Also included payslips, offer letter, ITR, Company ID. For funds, I included gift deed, the statement from where my aunt got the money, COE of my aunt and ITR.

PNP-Outland
AOR June 1st
Gcms notes ordered July 27
Received Aug 30

Eligibility: Review Required
Security: Not started
Criminality/Medical: passed

A11.2 CASE PROCESSING AGENT APPLICATION
A11.2 Review Required
Summary notes: Review required for LOE (AFFIDAVIT PROVIDED BY PA'S MANAGER) , Review required for FUNDS

The case analyst seemed like didn't go through my work experience letters. Because there are no notes about my duties being consistent or not consistent etc. Is review required a big issue?

Thank you.
As per IRCC a work reference letter should have:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
  • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits
If your letter did not have these details, you will need to file affidavits, to meet the requirement and explain it in. LoE.

Seems like you have doe that. If the analyst was not very convinced, he will leave it to the officer to make a final determination. Also, gift deed has to be in accordance with the laws of the country you are in. Usually gifts from aunts, uncles etc. is not very conclusive, as compared to that from parents, or siblings.

However, wait for the final determination .

Hi @legalfalcon ,
Request you to please advise!
My previous company (MNC) is now merged with some other company. due to this they have changed the name of organisation and i think email IDs of HR people and other employees would have changed too.

Email ID of reporting manager, company's name and website address which i gave on reference letter also would have changed.

My status is IP1. eligibility met, criminality and security not started.

Should i inform CIC about it? If yes, what should I do? Should I provide a new reference letter on new letter head with new details or just an LOE to explain about scenerio?

Please advise.
Yes, you should. Just in case IRCC wants to verify your employment, they will contact at the address and cell number on the letterhead.

There is no need to provide a new reference letter. Just send a CSE and provide with the new email ids and phone numbers.

@legalfalcon sir,

My spouse's maternal grandmother is a triple cerebral stroke survivor and her age is more than 70 years, due to the harsh weather conditions at her current home and also due to her ailing health, she needs to stay with us at our residence which is far from her current home.

So can i cite this as a reason that my wife is not willing to accompany in order to serve as a caregiver for her old ailing relative, please suggest.
Absolutely.
