  • provide a minimum of $100,000 emergency coverage. Can someone explain this concerning the Health Insurance for me because am confused
Super Visa insurance comes with coverage and when you purchase Super Visa insurance, 99% providers give you coverage of $100,000 by default unless it is some dumb provider that doesn't know.

Please help.
I got medical requested from cic after waiting for 4 month. My parents got medical test.
My question is :
If cic request medical test . conditionally , application got approval ? If medical pass , they will send pp request?
Medical request doesn't mean that application is conditionally approved. It is just one of the steps in the application. Application can get rejected after medical also.

I filled the Visit Visa application online and submitted on 26 May 2022
Biometric Done 1st of June 2022
Till now no updates
Still Waiting
hoping for the best inshaallah.

IRCC refusing super visa if medical insurance is not paid in full.

My brother is in Canada, he's got ways and means to support my father, and we applied all the necessary requirements of a Super Visa. It got rejected citing this reason:
--------------------------------------
Thank you for your interest in coming to Canada. I have reviewed your temporary resident visa
(visitor visa) application and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the
requirements for a visitor visa (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/
services/visit-canada/eligibility.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada
temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your
application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
(IRPA) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations (IRPR) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
index.html). I am refusing your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Effective July 4, 2022, all private medical insurance must be paid in full.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

In case of my parent's visa , After biometric request email for both, We never received any email updates during the processing. There was no ppr email but correspondence section had "original passport request" entry for both my parents on the same day. We used old portal.
Is BC or eligibility in progress for your father ?
Yes, both in process.

Hello,

My parents entered Canada in Jan 2021, and they have not exited Canada since then and they are completing their 2 year stay in Jan 2023.
Can they do flag polling at the Rainbow bridge @niagara? Will that be considered as exit from Canada
My parents do not have US visa.

Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated

Why? I think rules changed and they can stay for 5 years on SV. Is it because the stamp on their visa gives 2 years exit time?
