Yes. We submitted on 6 April 2022 and have monthly plan.
We are planning to submit the updated insurance with fully paid with the hope that may be it will help move our application.

I would suggest you do it sooner rather than later. IRCC just needs excuse to refuse applications.

i submitted on 31st july, i am updating new insurance (fully paid) documents today through IRCC.

i applied on 31st july
biometrics request received same day but not medical as yet.
should i wait for medical letter to be updated ? or there is no such thing and we can go for medical upfront ?
please someone advise. i am really confuse if i should ask my mother to go for medical or not without any updates from IRCC ?

Do you know which office is your application at? If you know then you will need to find country specific webform but if you don't know then use this form and upload the insurance receipt along with an explanation letter - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.

Please help.
I got medical requested from cic after waiting for 4 month. My parents got medical test.
My question is :
If cic request medical test . conditionally , application got approval ? If medical pass , they will send pp request?
