Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

Dear I want ask this question that in the CES application form. Under a post Secondary sections They require dates in Numerals. When click on the form it shows the calender and after selecting the desired date it shows Text and Number e.g. July 2005

As per my Understanding, Numerals are Numbers so shall i put 07/2005 ?
Second question is that the Graduation date need to be completed means the day value as well. I have that but wanted to confirm as the Date attended section format is (MM/YYYY) and there is no format given for Graduation date. Please help me out this is last thing and thereafter my whole process would be completed.

i called Karachi board , and they provided me the tracking number... i tracked my document on Pakistan post website and it says the documents have been delivered to the destination on 20th of June 2014 ...
its been weeks WES haven't update me on whether they have received it or not?

What should i do .. its been week ...

Dear Qtasneem,

It is not checked by assessing authority as its only visible to account holder or website admin. Furthermore, if assessing authority require re verification then they send a letter or document back to either BIE/BIS/uni or HEC. I hope this clarifies all doubt

please note that WES don't check the authenticity of dox by writing to HEC. read the HEC website,

HEC has signed agreements with WES and Australian High Commission Islamabad, so these 2 agencies has "LIMITED" access to HEC "attested database".

so when you get attested by HEC, then WES and Australian High Commission can Check through their website, using the stamp number, if there will be problem, WES will immidiately send you email , informing you about the problem,
for example if status is "in process" WES will send you email and ask you to go to HEC and change it to "ATTESTED"

HOPE IT WILL MAKE CONFUSION CLEAR.

according to my perception , may be reference of your application was not written on your dox? (i am not sure but just a perception), contact WES and "PUSH" them..........

Dear ,

as each section of the form, where you need to enter a date, there is a Calendar, so no worry, click in the field, Calendar will appear, select the date and insert. by the way format of the whole form , for the date is as under:

MONTH/DAY/YEAR (JULY 4 2014).

The board office has given me my tracking number after i gave them my WES reference number, So they might have put it on the box..
I duno WES has been so so irritating and they should closed their operations if they cant handle it!

Have written them ... but nor they are responding ... i will call them tomorrow! it might be off today!

tomorrow they will be off, they are in Canada , Saturday, Sunday off,
today Friday they are working.

I encountered the same problem. I selected whatever pattern was available on form. Once I got the print out, I mentioned it in numerical & in MM/YYYY pattern where required. I would suggest you do the same

Manually type the month and date as calendar is populating the date fields in incorrect pattern, i also faced the same issue when filling the form, the calendar was showing the date fields like July, 2007, while they asked for Numerals Only, so i manually but 07/2007
Other than birthday, there was no place where they are asking day with month and year, just MM/YYYY

i don't know about the behavior of the form because i did not get it printed. but if you need to enter the date then keep in mind in NORTH AMERICA (USA, CANADA) date format is always as under:

MONTH/DAY/YEAR

Finally i took all the colored printouts and now my application is completed except there is one weird element when you put credit card number in the form it display the credit card number in this format (4,5,6,7,7).

What you suggest and shall i put all these documents in the Envelope and get is sealed (round one red color)

If yes then there would be two envelopes, one for the (application & docs) and second for HEC attested Transcript & Degree.

Please tell if i am correct and the credit card number format is ok or shall i enter it using Pen. ?
Do i need to Enter the CES address on both envelopes ?
Do i need to enter my Home address as well on envelopes
