Hi,

You're job should be under Noc O, A or B so you can bring your family to Canada if it's fall under Noc C & D you're not allowed to bring them. I suggest you work hard so you can get promotions to be a manager that's the time you can bring your family. Goodluck :)

my work permit issued for 2 years for food counter attendant, but currently I am working as a store manager but all my paper for food counter attendant, what about if my employer writes me reference saying that I am working as a manager there, can that letter help
another thing is my wife has positive LMO but our daughter is 5 months old I was thinking her to apply for visit visa I haven't seen my daughter yet,
which way is more chance to get visa with LMO or just visit visa
Thank you for your help

Thats a common practice around by some selfish employers, they have to let you finish your FCA work permit first before they will apply you a skilled LMO which for me is grossly unfair to you. It is more important here to have that skilled work permit just what Buleg mentioned above. Why you agree in the first place for such arrangement? Anyway with your current status its unlikely that your child will be given a TRV, even if you apply it together with your wife who is having a NOC D/C LMO. If she has skilled LMO as what Buleg mentioned above then it is possible that your child will be given a TRV.

Hi,

I suggest do not apply TRV for your daughter, you'll just wasting your money and time. She might be refused because of ties in home country and in Canada since you're working there (especially unskilled work). Working as Store Manager but your work permit is under FCA is a fraud (misrepresentation) if you're employer will write you a letter stating that you're working as manager but your work permit is FCA you'll get yourself into trouble. If you're wife could come into Canada with skilled work permit then she could bring your daughter. Hopefully your employer will apply you for skilled work permit so you can bring your wife and your daughter (but I doubt coz they'll be paying more than what they're paying for you right now but doing managerial job) :)

Hi all. Hope that you are doing well.

I have one small query regarding Spouse open work permit application submission through online way.

My wife has also got the visitor visa and she is coming with me to Canada .After arriving there, i am planning to apply open work permit for my wife. For this purpose, what is the list of documents we have to upload for the open work permit application submission

From Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) official page, i came to know that the following 4 docs need to upload while applying for open work permit in canada

1.IMM 5710 application
2.Spouse r passport
3.Merriage certificate
4.Spouse r digital pic

But my concern is, from some other sites and sources i came to know that with the above four docs, we have to submit my study permit paper, letter from university and also financial bank statements which will show we have 10000+ 4000 CAD. But these papers has already been shown by us while we have applied for the visitor visa application. And also in online application sitre, there is no option to upload this papers.

It will be helpful for me if you help me with any concrete information regarding the above issue as it will help me to take preparayion in advance.

Thanks and Regards
Parvez
