Minor study visa decision pending.

Hello everyone,
I had applied for my SOWP and dependent child study permit. My SOWP was approved recently but my 6 year old child's visa is still in process. What can be done to accelerate her visa. Can she still accompany me to Canada without a visa as she is a minor.

No way to expedite. She needs a TRV to enter unless from a visa exempt country so needs eTA.
