Ecas didn't change to DM until the 17th - the Tuesday after I got the email requesting passport copy and photographs.

lol nops i am checking all folders since long time but no they didn't sent.

if i am not wrong PPR email will receive on both email addresses applicant and sponsor correct????

Not in my case; only me - the applicant - got the email from CIC.

I immediately forwarded it on to my husband in case I mistakenly deleted it.

I'm hoping it's just an oversight and someone forgot to press 'send' for your email but I don't know how you would find out. Maybe it's worth emailing ADVO?

If other people have been in the same situation as you are in I hope they can advise you. Wishing you the very best of luck.

I will wait for some more days, yes people are there in LVO thread they are also waiting for PPR email.. and its not worth emailing to ADVO because my case processed in LVO but i am living in UAE.

Dec 25 and 26 are holidays
Jan 1 as well

Usually employers also give half day on Dec 24 and 31

I had PR euphoria earlier but it was shortlived.

I checked a Canada Post express post trackigg number for documents to be returned to me and found it to be out for delivery today. I was excited that I would have my COPR and would be able to arrange my flagpoling. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered to where it was supposed to be delivered to and I have no idea where it is. I have to wait until tomorrow now to (hopefully) find out where it is.

Damn you Canada Post! And I paid $20 extra...
