I have residency of uae based on this i got visa from uae.
It will not be a negative inspect on immigration officer, why u came from pak instead of uae???

I'm no expert but I really don't see why that would be a problem - you're not doing anything wrong or illegal.

If your application was sent to LVO, as many Pakistani's applications are, you wouldn't be questioned as to why you travelled from Pakistan and not the UK.

I am really not sure about that but i will visit Pakistan before leaving to Canada in order to meet with my parents and relatives, will see later on if immigration officer raise any issue or not.

I don't think cic is against arrange marriage, but you can ask the expert on this question on the forum.
I think you should just be honest and detail how everything happen. As long your marriage is genuine and there's no red flags.
You shouldn't worry about it.

Hello everyone.
Congrats to all who got PR and visa, and hope to hear from all

the status of my husband today change from "In Process" to "Decision made " but they didn't send anything to anyone of us to knowledge us with the next step nor passport request.

unfortunately a week ago I asked for more detailed on our file and did the application and paid the 5$ fee without sending a constant from my husband and yesterday they send me email saying they will hold the file till they get the consent of the principal applicant and told me the process will be in hold till Dec 29. so now should i sent them an email to cancel this request and inform them my husband status already change or should i continue with it


I worried if ATIP Access to Information and Privacy Division will delay our file and will effect the decision on our file any idea should i just email them back telling them already got "decision made and waiting for them to let me know what is the next step

don't mention it is arranged just mention the good point that will explain to them your relation since you see each other till the end up when u get married

it is better to start as the first time you saw each other as the starting point and how your relation start building up that is better than mention it is arrange even if it is arrange clarify it by explaining knowing the families and saw each other for your first time and from that time you start it your relationship and prove it is still continuously by proving to them emails messages, calling record and so on

ATIP is different organization it will not delay your case. rest is your decision. better to continue order so that you can know actual reasons of delay and whole process
