Hi,

My wife and I are legally married in Canada. She has a 5 year multi-entry visitor visa and can stay up to 6 months at a time. I am filling out her sponsorship papers and need to know if I can identify her as "living in Canada" or not. We live together in an apartment in Calgary, can I sponsor her under the "Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class" even though she is here on a visitor visa?

Hi

Yes, you can say you are living together in Canada and apply inland.
