i pressume that your wife is your sponsor and you have submitted the application documents before, and have undergone medical check, and that your sister is only the receiving person for your mails.

CEM probably sent you the PPR (passport request) with instructions to submit additional docs.

The problem now is the passport. Hindi mo yan makukuha sa employer kung hindi mo isusurrender ang residence card mo sa UAE, which means bibitaw ka sa trabaho at uuwi ka. Medyo magtatagal ang passport sa embassy maybe at least 3 months base sa mga experience ng karamihan dito sa forum. Pagbalik ng passport ay may visa na, hopefully.

Ang AOM ay iba sa marriage certificate. Aapplayan mo sa NSO using CENOMAR form.
Appendix A comes with the PPR, checklist ito ng passport which includes the forwarding/return address pag binalik na sayo.

Take note na may deadline ang compliance sa PPR, maybe 60 days, chk with your sister.
And before you leave UAE: Get the Police Certificate dahil hihingin yan. Ask CEM thru email for the request letter which you will give to the UAE police. Hindi ka bibigyan ng PC pag wala yung request ng cnada embassy

alam ba ng CEM na outside the philippines ka? Things can be complicated kung di mo sila ininform.

Actually hubby ko ang nsa Canada. Ngresign nko at uuwi na 1st week ng October!!!

Yun letter dated 01SEP11 but nattangap ng sis ko non 08SEP. Within 45days kailangan ko masubmit un docs! OMG Sep1 ba start ng counting? if so, before or on 15 OCT dapat nasubmit ko na lahat.

I'll ask my mom to get the AOM and e-renew un NBI ko.

Kelangan ko pa ba kumuha ng Police Cert dito? khit ng submit nko dati along with my application.

I'll ask my mom to get the AOM and e-renew un NBI ko.

Kelangan ko pa ba kumuha ng Police Cert dito? khit ng submit nko dati along with my application.

hi jeca24, I am also here in UAE. I submitted the passport, AAF while staying here in dubai. But I sent it first to my mailing address in the philippines and then they sent the docs to CEM. Last month I received my passport with visa stamp.

There is no need to get a new police clearance if it is not asked by the CEM. We submitted our application last April 18, 2011 while my Dubai police clearance expired on April 30, 2011, but they did not ask me to submit a new police clearance.

Kung ano lang ang hinihingi ng CEM un lang ang ibigay mo.

Thank you sa info micah ;D Kinakabahan nga ko sobra kasi first time ko aalis ng bansa.. wala talaga ko ka alam alam ;D lol.. 4 hours naman yung lay over ko sana okay na yun .. Nag aalala rin ako sa polvoron na dadalhin ko.. ??? yung iba daw kasi tinatanggal yung iba naman nakakalusot.. may dala ka bang ganun?

sa tingin ko ok lang naman pero wala akong dalang polvoron pero may otap,dried mango and pineapple, isang rim na cigarrettes, isang bote na rum at chicharon yung chicharon lang ang na confiscate sa akin pero ok lang naman after that di nila ako pinabayad sa fine kasi first time ko daw basta next time daw wag na magdala ng chicharon kakainis nga kasi ang sarap pa naman nun hehehe lang kwenta chicharon dito puro balat lang hahaha..,
try mo nalang magdala pero lagay mo sa check in yan hindi kasi allowed ang foods sa hand carry mo, 4 hours is more than enough po sa 3 hrs and 5 mins. sa vancouver may extra 1 hr and a half pa nga ako eh
first time ko rin yun mag travel mag isa at sa luob ng aiport basta wag ka lang mahiya magtanong sa mga aiport personnel if may hindi ka naiintindihan dun..
goodluck sa trip mo san po ba connecting mo? or straight flight kana?

Di na sila nagrequest ng another medical since march 2011 ako nagpamedical.

Magpakuha ka na sa pinas, sa nanay ko ako nagpakuha. Pwede rin kapatid mo ang kumuha, pakuha ka na sa NSO para pagdating mo sa pinas isasubmit mo na lang sya sa CEM with your passport at AAF. Remind them na ilagay sa purpose ay Visa Canada.
