mam ask ko lng after the med.received sa cem ilan weeks or months pa before e-request passport ng cem

It depends kikz..sometimes nag submit ka na passport wala pa medical result...minsan naman med result then in-Process wala pa PPR...but usually upon submitting the passport it took 9wks to 12wks before DM...then another 1 or 2 wks for VISA...

@ redtag musta..na canada ka na ba?3 weeks na since send qo passport nakainip mgantay...2 lines parin aqo wala man lang in process..so means 2-3 months b4 ma dm,friend q kc 1 month and 2 weeks na dm xa and get passport...nakawala gana 2loy tingin ecas...

So you are saying na mas ok ang GCMS than CAIPS? E dun sa box na Receive copies of the Records di ba paper form yun na ipapadala sa iyo? Pwede mo rin ba yun maaccess anytime sa online like ecas? or if paperbase nga send nila ano yun one time lang sila magsend ng info? After send mo application gano katagal ang wait mo? Sorry lots of questions. I tried to call them pero leave lng daw ng phone number then sila magcacallback. Thanks!

Yes.. mas OK ang GCMS kaysa CAIPS.. In my case, the copies I received from a third party (caipsretriver.com) is soft copy na naka PDF... hindi actual na papel... Actually, pinadala ng CIC yung GCMS notes as hardcopies..but caipsretriever.com scanned the hardcopies and converted it to PDF. I received the softcopy of GCMS notes after 4 weeks or a month.

i agree with you with kc naka detailed tlga un kaya im sending gcms nga din this week nun nabasa q nga un buong instruction nagbago ang isip blak q sana un caips pero nun nabasa q electronic information lng pla un eh sa gcms lahat ng reply at wat pinadala its on detailed.

imy hubby send his passport last july 8 till now wala p din at kgaya mo 2lines p din update nya sa ecas.oo un iba nga ambilis i was wondering nga din eh halos 8weeks n nian n nghihintay hubby q ng update.as u said naka walang gana tlga tumingin ng ecas, lalo palamig na dito sana nmn meron ng update hubby q this coming week,wait,wait,wait at wait n lng tau.:'( :'( :'(

hi hunter...konting wait pa...malapit na yun...Oct.10 pa po flight namin anak ko...tapusin ko pa sem...just dont be tired to be patient...God will hear our prayers...and He will give it to you in the right time...God bless po!

i think nga puntahan na dapat nya sa CEM kasi ang tagal na sobra ng visa na yan...ano ba yan! patagalan talaga tayo sa pag intay e...kahit DM na inde parin nakakarating agad ang visa... :-[ nagbakasyon ata mga VO natin...

dont worry sis..makakasama mo na ang hubby mo..

So someone called me back regarding my CAIPS/GCMS inquiry. Pretty straight forward ang form but still she told me how to fill it out. Sabi nya I can check both CAIPS and GCMS. Sabi nya there is really no difference between those two. Instead of paper copy I can ask for email response instead to save deliver days. Wala naman daw 25pages so pwede email. No need to send passport ng applicant sa Phils kundi yung 2forms lng. Someone here told me kc na magsend ng photocopy ng passport ni hubby. And yes, after mareceive mo na CAIPS/GCMS kung ano lng status at update ng file mo ng time na iretrieve nila file mo yun lng isesend nila sa iyo. Meaning it's not like Ecas na pwede mo irevisit to check updates.
